Rent is too much expensive but services are poor. They use to provide milk also, but by mixing water in milk, food quality is also decreasing day by day. They are incrementing the rent in every 2-3 months. If they are not providing non veg that doesn't mean we can't even order and eat inside the PG.

The hygiene is bad its seriously one of the worst pgs ever, inspite being a pg they treat like hostel, in the last rooms wifi barely works i paid a lot of internet bills inspite having wifi in the pg, the staff is very rude and non cooperative everything is a agreement for them cant understand basic human problems, and the food absolute bad quality they have promised good food and later started distributing limit food for everyone. Also really concerned about the security.

This is the worst PG ever. I do not recommend you to stay in this PG. The name is luxury PG and the prices are luxury but no facility is not luxury. Any facility is not provided properly. The food is also not very good. Any problem you communicate to the management, they will not take care of it. They will say that all the facilities they are providing in only complementary and the rent we are paying every month is only for the bed and nothing else. Even food is complementary here. And the owner of this PG is a commercial man who does not care about the people but only cares about the money. DO NOT JOIN IN THIS PG.

I had a very disappointing experience at this PG. To begin with, the cleanliness is absolutely horrible. The rooms and common areas were filthy, and it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Worst of all, there was a serious insect problem – cockroaches and mosquitoes everywhere, making it really hard to sleep or feel comfortable. The Wi-Fi barely worked, which was a huge problem since I needed it for work. Despite complaining multiple times, nothing was fixed. The food was also a disaster – bland, oily, and clearly not fresh. Sometimes it even had a weird smell. Overall, this PG was a complete letdown. Poor hygiene, bad food, terrible maintenance, and unreliable internet – I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Lived Here for a Year – Regret Every Day I stayed at this hostel for a whole year, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The food was consistently terrible — bland, repetitive, and often felt like it was just reheated leftovers. Eating outside became a necessity, not a choice. The Wi-Fi was a constant headache. It barely worked during peak hours, and even at odd times, it was slow and unreliable. For anyone who needs internet for work or study, this place is a nightmare. The rooms were extremely congested. There was hardly any space to move around, no proper storage, and ventilation was practically non-existent. It always felt suffocating, especially during the warmer months. After a year here, all I can say is — avoid it if you can. It’s not worth the discomfort and money

I lived here for a month and that was also traumatic, when I moved to the PG, they told me they will fix the fan and wardrobe that night itself, they did not, my work started and still they hadn't fixed the wardrobe and the fan, when my roommate came one night after informing them she was going to come that day, they still hadn't fixed the necessity in the room. In the middle of the night at 1, they came and they fixed it, we both had a work day the next day and had to wake up early. The food hardly ever comes on time, it's just aalu every other day, half of the food is always undercooked, the room isn't cleaned everyday and whenever you complain they say click a picture and put it on the group, and irrespective of you doing that nothing will change, female visitors are also not allowed. A day before we were supposed to leave the pg, we were moving a few things, and by the time I came back, my blanket cover was missing, when I went around looking for it, it was put in the trash, the things in my room were thrown around, my shoes were put inside the wardrobe that had my clothes, when I went and complained about it, the management said, let it be they are leaving anyway, while the o

Never get into this pg,worst experience from the management of this pg..there were cockroaches in the food we were served..there are lot of cockroaches in the rooms and wardrobe as well..there are rats in the mess,which moves on plates and cutleries..very bad hygiene maintained..never look into the looks of the building..it’s a disgusting and a traumatic experience from this pg and thier management..
