“Located at one of the prime locations of Dharwad, M R Residency is one of the best lodges of Dharwad. It's rooms are clean, spacious and well-ventilated. Staff is very friendly and supportive too. Although a bit higher priced, but it's worth it. You can avail the room service quite easily. Easy Check-in and Check-out facility. Recommended..”

“We booked a room for one night. We were told that the hotel uses solar energy to heat water. Since it rained the day we went, we showered in cold water. The TV provided is absolutely useless. They have only free channels on their TV which streams advertisements non-stop. At one point of time, their lift stopped working, and they could not back it up with their generator. So, my mother, who has leg problems, had to climb up and down three floors in the morning. They say that their wifi is under repair (a polite way to say it doesn't exist).”

“Very difficult to approach ....during my stay of four days neither the lift was working nor the wifi and no body had any answer to the issue...probably it happens only in India...especially in dharwar and more so at MR Residency....I sometimes wonder if it was any international location...would the customers have managed or rather borne such substandard service????? ..”

Don't honour the commitments... .. please note my latest experience after writing this review.. they almost threw me out from the premises since I shared my experience.. the staff tried to use their manpower to make me walk out of premises. if this is the way how review works, I have genuinely pity them and the investors.. Thanks for their wonderful hosting experience they gave me and I seriously think of posting this as it is my first experience as a business travel to various parts of the country.

InnerStrength WithEmon★★★★★The room was big enough but not cleaned properly. Blankets were nt clean at all hence we could not use. Basic channels were missing in TV. Subscription was useless for tv. Food they said will be delivered in 30 minutes. In spite of mentioning less spicy food was super spicy. 2nd order to make my son eat came after 1 hour and 100 times more spicy than first time. Maintenence of hotel overall is poor. Not happy at all.

Poornima Koyal★★★★★Location is great. Approach is through basement, parking place and lift through ground floor. Rooms are good ,clean enough. No water problem. Tea ,coffee service could be better. In the rooms ,hot water kettle is there,cups and glasses are there. No tea bags etc.

mohan kumar★★★★★On 4th February I Checked out at 8.26 am , I came to know & realised I had forgotten & left my Sony Bluetooth in the room & I came to know that I have missed my Bluetooth in the room , immediately I called reception of MR Residency at 10.30 am, but they said the Bluetooth is not there. Though I repeatedly told the receptionist Bluetooth was there in the room, but they said it’s not there. The Hotel staff had taken this but the Hotel reception didn’t secure it back
