I had the worst experience of my life staying in Sunrise PG. The caretaker and owner were completely unresponsive to any problems. In the beginning, they promised many things, but nothing was actually provided. The bed was infested with over 1000 bed bugs, and even after complaining, no action was taken. Electricity and water would stop suddenly and come back only after many hours. The food was terrible—just watery dal most of the time. To make things worse, the real building owner kept visiting, asking us to vacate because the PG owners weren’t even paying rent for the building. Please don’t fall for their fake promises—this place is a scam. Avoid Sunrise PG at all costs.

I had a very disappointing experience at this PG. The rooms were much smaller than shown in the pictures, and the overall cleanliness was terrible. Bathrooms were hardly cleaned, and the kitchen was always in a messy state with dirty utensils lying around. The food quality was extremely poor — oily, repetitive, and sometimes even stale. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and basic amenities like proper ventilation and hot water were often missing. The owner was unprofessional and never responded properly to complaints. On top of that, the place had too many unnecessary rules that made it feel more like a hostel than a home. Definitely not worth the rent being charged.

Ugh, where do I even begin with Sunrise PG? Calling it a "PG" feels like a generous understatement. More like a poorly managed hostel that time forgot. First off, the "cleanliness" they advertise? A blatant lie. My room looked like it hadn't seen a mop in weeks, dust bunnies the size of small animals lurking in the corners. And the bathroom? Let's just say I invested heavily in disinfectant spray. Then there's the food. Oh, the food. Bland, repetitive, and often served lukewarm. I'm pretty sure they have a rotating menu of three questionable dishes that appear in different guises throughout the week. My stomach did more acrobatics than a circus performer. And don't even get me started on the "amenities." The Wi-Fi was spottier than a leopard, making it impossible to get any work done. The promised laundry service? More like a communal pile of everyone's dirty clothes that mysteriously shrunk or went missing. The management? Absentee landlords who only seemed to appear when it was time to collect rent. wouldve put 0 star if tht was an option. I stayed there for over an year and it was the worst for real. i took a single room and i barely had space inside the room and the bathrooom were so small and untidy tht i couldnt even bath properly threre... they made me change my room thrice and when i finally got a decent room after fighting sm they told me to change to my old room again.. Food -: Its veg everydaya and it isnt rly tht good... its usally dal and rice with chapathi and some vegetable.. except the food never comes on time and can get around 10 pm to reach.. people wouldnt rly wanna wait till 10 to get bad food either so they usually buy it from outside or zomato. Amenities -: Idk where to start here.... Water used to be there but out of nowhere it just stopped coming and it didnt matter if u complain or not they just talk back really rude and tell u off... there was no water there even for drinking for over 2 days... couldnt bath or wash my hands or anything... wifi is rarely recharged and will only work once u call them everyday and bug them to do it... They might show tht TV is provided but nah it doesnt work so dont even bother... The refrigerator doesnt work either. Ho

Not covering the food boxes and serving their chutney in ugly plastic box Really worst than jail No proper response No hot water No proper cleaning (if we tell the house keeper to clean properly they said " no Phenol provided by management how can we clean ") Always bad smell at sink area Parking is worst always need to fight with neighbors for parking and no safety my bike damaged 2 times He won't refund the deposit amount .we have to wait minimum 3 month to get our refund by daily reminding the owner My friend was called police to collect his deposit money. Such a worst management they have .snakes were entering into ur rooms if we inform them they won't bother and tell you to kill

Pls don't join. The worst PG in Bangalore. Owner of this PG Shubham is very unprofessional and will not refund our adavance back. All the rooms are occupied with Bed Bugs and very unhealthy atmosphere. My son and his friends suffered alot with Bed bugs. No proper food and water. It's not worthy. Pls pass this information to everyone . Also gives money for good ratings.

PLEASE PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING THEN TAKE YOUR DISCISSION. The Owner will not give you your advance/deposit money back. The owner will not response to your calls and messeges for your refund. So, if you r planning to stay , stay at your own risk. He will promise to give the money back when you are leaving the PG, its been nearly 1 month I left the PG, till yet I did not get my money back. He doesn't even response to your calls or messeges. Many girls are suffering the same. and Most importantly he allowed two boys to stay in girls pg without legal permission. So your safety is also in your own hand only girls. only acomodation and food is fine. As rest of the other people r saying.

This PG is a scam, the Owner Shubham and his father are fraud, the won't return your deposit money at the time of leaving and will ask for 14 day grace period and after that they won't even answer you call or reply to texts, the food is horrible and there is no fixed timing for food, No working aquaguard or source of water, They won't recharge wifi timely and there will be no wifi for weeks, their behaviour is extremely rude... Please don't join this PG and spread the word as much as you can, we need to get such fraud PG closed and such fraud people behind bars.
