Sri Tirumala PMR PG for GENTS

“PG is good if you look for FOOD and Cleaning. But management is not good or to be more specific strategy of owner is not good. I stayed in same PG for 9 months in a two sharing room, and most of the time I got temporary roommates, Since they were in Bangalore for a short period. Due same reason one bed in room use to get empty. Now owner use to ask every time to shift into different room. But I refused couple of times and luckily with in 15 days bed was occupied by a new inmate.. But recently without informing he booked that room in a single sharing as he was getting few more thousand and I was forced to either shift to another small room or leave and I was suppose to decide in 2 days, and I opted for second options. Two suggestions if you even feel the PG is good: 1. Keep your first receipt safe. otherwise when you will ask for refund he is going to argue a lot. 2. No doubt owner talks in very polite and respectful manner but be aware if he is getting a better deal, He will ask you to vacate and look for other options.”

“This is probably the least expensive PG in SG Palya. However the low price comes with some trade offs. There's no lift, so one has to use the stairs every time. Triple sharing rooms are extremely congested and claustrophobic. Food is below average. The bathrooms are extremely small. However, the owner and the caretaker are really good. The cleanliness is maintained really well.”
