“We stayed in this hotel last week with 14 family members and we reached hotel around 12 o'clock in the mid night.when we asked security (watchman)for parking he talk is very roudely not sure he drunk in the night.we are telling thar we booked hotel in advance but he is not listing simply talking roudely. The rooms are not up to the mark what we paid the money to them Lot of improvement require in this hotel. Iam giving 1 rating due to major of security behavior to customers.”

“It's a lodge, not a hotel. They don't provide water bottles or any complementary breakfast like any hotel. Unclean beds, bed sheets, bed bugs all over.. couldn't sleep.. food quality is poor..”

Sudeep Naik★★★★★I called this lodge recently to inquire about room prices. The staff was very rude and unprofessional in their communication. When I asked about the rates and whether any discount was available for a 3–4 day stay, they replied in a harsh manner without any courtesy. Their attitude was disappointing and did not make me feel welcomed as a customer. I hope the management trains their staff to be more polite and respectful in handling inquiries.

We waited for 30 min and finally staff told food is all over. They were supposed to tell this earlier itself and also cashier (may be owner) behaved very rudely and didn't listen to anything as if the mistake was ours. Totally worst experience.

We ordered Gobi manchurian, baby corn manchurian, mashroom fried rice 2plates. Due to covid they are completely changed their taste and quantity. Earlier it was stomach full for 3 people. Now quantity is very less it was not enough for 2 people. Their cook was changed due to covid. New cook don't know any thing about these dishes. We tasted horrible food. Manchurians are half fried salt balls. Fried rice boiled rice with mushroom . And billed too much. 👎
