On 27th December to 29th December, 2025 I with my family stay that hotel. Their behavior was very good except one. When we went there we asked the tariff at 8 am and they said Rs.3000/- per day for three persons without a/c and extra bed. But yesterday at 7pm when we want to check out then the one of their staff said no the tariff is Rs.4000/-. I said him we were not use ac and extra bed. But he said no the tariff is Rs. 4000/- and should pay for this. Then I realized why they did not take the advance payment. I have a request to you all, first you clear for tariff & second thing you must give the advance.

⭐ 0/5 — Worst Experience Ever We visited Hotel Swagath in Hospet (we’re from the same city). When we ordered masala dosa, they served it cold with very little aloo palya, chutney, and sambar. When we politely asked for some extra palya and chutney, they were rude and refused to give, even though we were ready to pay extra. The receptionist even told us bluntly that they don’t provide extra, which was really disappointing. How can someone eat dosa without enough palya and chutney? Total waste of money. Very poor service and absolutely the worst experience.

I had been to this place few days back, the hotel rooms were fine but I faced issues with bedbugs, I stayed their with my one year old baby and that made the experience worse my baby faced rashes all over his body, his delicate skin was harmed so badly, this was because of the irresponsible behaviour of the cleaning staff and no proper maintainer even after complaining the person at reception just told us will look into it in a ignoring way, and charged full amount without any hesitation

I had booked 2 rooms in swagat as I had travelled with my family. As soon as we entered the room, at first we found that the washrooms were not at all cleaned. Second was the bed bugs that shocked my entire family. There were 3 bed bugs that we spotted within less than 5 mins of time. We immediately shifted the hotel. I found the hotel to be very dirty, not professional, very unhygienic and lots of bed bugs. Please don't visit this hotel. I had a terrible experience here at the hotel room.

Pros: 1) Location is good. Its on the main road 2) They have a 24hrs checkout system 3) Bustop and railway station are nearby, even most of the restaurants are at walking distance. 4) Rooms are medium in size, bathrooms are big and decent. Cons: 1) We took 3 rooms, 1 of which had a continuous smell of gas leakage from the AC so we changed it. 2) All the rooms were filled with cockroaches both in the bathroom and bedroom. They were running on the water bottles that was kept on the side table. In the bathroom on the floor on the walls. We complained the reception they just wiped the floor with phenyl. 3) The bedsheet were dirty so asked them to change it. 4) Food in their 1st floor restaurant was good, but the servicing was very very slow. 5) You will get only a medinix soap in the name of toiletaries so carry your own.

Had the worst experience here during our stay. We found bed bugs on the mattress and we requested for a room change. Had to wake up in the middle of the night to find these again.When we informed the person at the reception about this he was very rude and was stupid enough to say that a few bugs wouldn’t have bitten much.Do not book this hotel if you are looking for some sleep during the travel.

Poor parking management. There is no separate complimentary breakfast arrangements, need to go with open crowd and restaurant is over crowded. Management denied room service for complimentary breakfast,if you order food then they provide room service. Took 45 minutes to find parking. Requested for extra pillow as they are very thin denied stating hotel is full. No towels and blankets as all are with laundry. Rooms are also small and not vfm.

Worst Hotel ever as compared to other hotels in that area. The management is very unprofessional and Money-minded. Only trying to exploit customers. They charge 400 extra for nothing. Don't even provide Shampoo or Toothpastes. Don't care to repair the rooms. Have kept TV. But there is only 3 channels in that. 😂 Lol A/c conditions are pathetic. Not even eligible to get a 1 star rating. My visit was official. And I have intimated my company not to book any room in this hotel now onwards. Not at all. As I said this is the worst hotel I have ever seen.
