Hello, First, I would like to clarify that I stayed in this PG for a continuous period of 6 months. Therefore, my rating is not random, misleading, or posted without experience. It is based entirely on what I personally experienced during my stay. During the last 3 months alone, 4 different cooks were changed. This constant replacement directly affected food consistency and quality. The food provided was not satisfactory, and it was extremely difficult to manage three meals daily under those conditions. Cleanliness and hygiene were also serious concerns. Floors and washrooms were not maintained properly, and cleaning was done only once in approximately two weeks. These are not assumptions — they are factual observations from my stay. My rating reflects these experiences. It is not motivated by personal grudge, false intention, or any attempt to harm your reputation. Regarding your statement about identity disclosure — public review platforms do not make it mandatory for users to reveal personal details. Worst PG experience. They charge different prices to different people for the same sharing room – completely unfair. I paid ₹7,500 for a congested room with restrictions on everything: geyser, lift, and even extra charges for basic electronics. They suddenly announced a Sankranti food holiday just one day before, making it difficult to manage food expenses. Took ₹3,500 advance and didn’t return a single paisa when I shifted. On top of that, the owner talks badly about residents behind their backs. Very unprofessional and money-minded managemet. UPDATE: As a consumer, I have every right to share my honest experience on a public platform to help others make informed decisions. Posting feedback based on personal experience is part of consumer rights. Threatening legal action for sharing genuine feedback is unnecessary and unprofessional. I stayed in the PG and personally observed differences in rent amounts and advance payments among residents who were staying in similar sharing arrangements with comparable facilities, including rooms, wardrobes, and food. I stayed in this pg from past few months pg was too gud here we feel secure &safe because they are providing that much facilities every floor cc camera & every corner to words pg we can see in the office room also that setup & facilities every floor in washing mechine it's so nice it very helpful in the daily work to laundry 24/7 security is also available according to that price also gud we like very much especially Sunday biryani's are very tasty alu paratha, idli sambar like few are my favourite menu is also nice thank so much for comfortable stay sis it was like a another home to us even few are not paid rents properly also she gave time to them it's so sweet overall for me it's a great experience & my friends also staying here they also felt very happy no doubt at all staying ,comforts ,fud, security,safety, management,staff , Everything was too gud for girls & women's its gud choice to stay & I loved it
