They never address your concerns, and the security deposit is never refunded. Avoid this PG at all costs—they are highly unprofessional and dishonest. I would have given 0 stars .

Day one in this PG we have to pay the rent and the advance amount. While vacating the PG they will not return the refund amount. Literally we have to beg them every day for getting the refund amount. Every day they prepare potato only. They will not use other vegetables. If you don't want the advance amount and if you ready to eat potato everyday you can go to this PG. PG Manager Gautham and the owner is having worst attitude

No food . Start from 8 will over by 9 . And if we ask the reason the management say's that the food is getting wasted a lot so they are making in less quantity and atleast 50 tenants will be forced to buy something from outside to fill their stomach . They will be talking about ethics and all but paying the money that too in advance a month before . there's no guarantee that you will be able to fill your stomach. No cleaning . And regarding the positive reviews . You can understand from where they are coming. The manager he's entirely money minded . Thinking about keeping the advance amount with himself the moment you plan to vacate the room.. Rest god see what to be done with this kind of people. Will be adding some pics of their burnt chapathies.

Worst Experience of my life Got my laptop and mobile stolen from my room No proper security , anyone from outside enters the PG and on top of that they will blame us for all the things Staff has a very casual approach you have to tell them 100 times to repair something Food is also not up to the mark One small advice before selecting this PG - please keep ur belongings safe this people won't do anything if something happens and please lock the door everytime and be alert while you are staying there
