“I booked a room through Oyo last week for today (21 December 2024) to this hotel believing it has good ratings. The lift at the entrance does not work and you have to climb 3 floors. The mat kept at the bathroom was dirty left used by the previous occupant. I asked it to be replaced and the helper at the hotel declined to give a new one. He also refused to change the hand soap inside the bathroom. Even the towel kept did not look very clean. The comode is broken in the bathroom and very dirty and unclean. I complained to the manager and he said it is the case with all the rooms and told Oyo hasn't replaced them despite his complaints. I checked the bed. The bed cloth was stained. There were bedbugs. immediately checked out. I didn't mind losing the money for this booking but couldn't definitely stay for 1 night in an unclean room. I wanted to give 0 stars but minimum is 1 and hence giving 1. The manager mentioned this is a new property just handed over to him 2 weeks ago and there have been numerous complaints about the comode and the bathroom. Please don't book this hotel ever and definitely don't believe Oyo ratings blindly.”

“Highly mismanaged hotel. No responsibile staff, AC, Geyser not working. Rude behaviour of staff- didn’t connect up to owner even after asking to escalate the complaint. Locality is not good for families.”

Veda Praneeth★★★★★Rooms are below average, pillows smell very bad. Fans doesn't work in AC room. Fish market just opposite to the lodge and there is a bar located just below the lodge. On the second day, the experience is terrible as the current is passing through the taps and water in the bathroom in the midnight. On the other side, staff is very polite and helpful in providing alternatives(especially in the midnights).
