SGR PG Rooms- PG for Boys

“My son had stayed in this PG from Aug'22 to May'23. I just have to say that this PG is one of the worst PG. The owner, Mrs. Nandini would agree to almost anything when you talk to her at the time of booking and make so many false promises. But, once you start staying at the PG you are totally ignored and none of the promises made are fulfilled. The owner never picks up the phone. Food and other facilities are a mess. There is no power backup and sometimes the internet too is not recharged for weeks. My Son somehow managed / adjusted to stay at the PG for his 1st and 2nd sem. Then, he and his friends decided to shift from this PG. Now, I was promised the refund of security deposit of ₹8000/- from the actual security deposit of ₹10000/-, that we had paid at the time of booking the room, as soon as the room is vacated. This promise was made by Mrs. Nandini. Now, my son and his friends had vacated the PG on 31st of May'23, after giving one month notice period as asked by the owner at the time of booking. She had promised the refund in first week of Aug'23 when new students would occupy the rooms. Now, even after the whole is fully occupied, we have not received any refund till date. Ev”
