⚠️ Scam Alert: They’ve Designed Their Policies to Loot You ⚠️ This place is a complete scam. Their policy forces you to raise a move-out request only between the 1st–5th of the month AND serve a 30-day notice — which means even if you move out on the 1st, you end up paying extra rent for the next month. It’s a trap designed to squeeze more money out of you. They charge ₹2,000 as move-in fee, ₹3,000 as move-out fee, and then still stole an additional ₹2,000 from my deposit. I followed every rule, cleared all dues, and shared proof — but they just kept dodging and made up excuses. We tolerated bed bug infestations, broken washing machines, and missing iron boxes, even though they advertise multiple utilities. The property manager? Completely unresponsive unless it's about collecting money — then suddenly he's aggressive and available. This place runs on lies, mismanagement, and exploitation. No accountability. Avoid it at all costs unless you want to get robbed.

All the room has Bed bugs. Extremely tiny rooms. Quite easily the Worst PG in HSR. They don't change mattress or the cot. Just spray random chemicals which only solves the problem for a couple of days. Don't ever join here.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this place. The room they showed during the visit was nothing like the actual room. I've heard reports of bed bugs in some rooms, and appliances frequently malfunction. Theft is alarmingly common, with daily reports in our community group. The rooms are often not clean, with dirty walls, and my bed was in a terrible state, cleverly hidden under bedsheets. To top it off, even after moving out 30 days ago, they still haven't refunded my deposit. The service is abysmal, and I cannot recommend HelloWorld, as my experience seems consistent with others.

They provided a room that was unfit to live in with leakage from the bathroom above and fungi on walls. Did not even stay for a full day but got no refund at all including both deposit and month rent they just kept stating policy or whatever despite the fact that its because the room they provided could cause serious health problems for a person. The worst experience ever!!!

Horrible place to live. Dirty and smelly water will come out of the tap which could be a rarity. During winters one rarely expect hot water. Bloody expensive for the facilities they provide. Items placed outside the room are at your risk. Whether it's in the common fridge or on the rooftop drying your clothes.

As a devoted tenant of hello world for two-plus years, I must express my deep disappointment regarding your lack of professionalism and ethical standards. It is regrettable to note that hello world does not provide a 30-day notice period for rent increases while insisting on a mandatory 30-day notice period from tenants. The same episode happened last year while you increased rent. The practice of money-making you guys follow to inform whenever you feel like about rent increase gives no option to the tenant to move out as there is so less time to look for other places and then forcing them to stay for 1 whole month. Such practices appear to be exploitative and unfair, and I feel compelled to leave a review to warn others about these issues and protect them from potential exploitation. The staff is highly professional and helpful. The management seems to be unprofessional and unethical

I have been staying at HelloWorld Scorpio property at HSR Layout, Bangalore, for the past 6 months, and my experience has been excellent. All the services provided are excellent (especially house-cleaning) but amenities of the common area and kitchen can be improved. Also, food can be included atleast twice a day for a hassle-free experience. I would totally recommend this PG for a decent co-living at a nominal price.
