One of the worst pg experience ever in my life the food was horrible the cleaning doesnt even happens even if some one leave their plate in hall it stays there for months and dont worry they will provide you food with the same plate and once it is cleaned i didnt get my refund still if even rent delayed for one day fine gets applied then what about my refund money they are delaying it so much kindly dont visit here

Stanza Living PG – A Total Scam! When I first checked out the PG, everything seemed great, and the salesperson convinced me to sign a six-month contract. But once I moved in, I realized how misleading their promises were. 1. Overpriced & Hidden Charges The rent here is already higher compared to other PGs in the area. On top of that, they charge separately for electricity and water, adding an extra ₹1500 per person. If you complain, no one cares. The Residence Captain (RC) will simply say, "I can't do anything. It's not in my hands. Please raise a ticket in the app." But the tickets are never resolved. You’ll just get an automated response saying your query is closed—what a ridiculous way to handle issues! 2. Unfair Billing & Harassment If any issue arises, no one will help you, but at the end of the month, they expect full payment. If you don’t pay, they add penalty charges and even threaten to withhold your security deposit. Many of my friends got their deposits back after 2-3 months, and even then, random deductions were made. I personally faced an issue where I received a ₹1400 electricity bill, and when I complained, they said, "We can’t fix it. You have to pay." Whe

Went for enquiry. The enterance lane to this PG is fully occupied with garbage. Even near the side of building is garbage. The rooms are ok. Not much facilities in the room. Power bill, Water bill extra, limited internet, even washing clothes is limited to 5kg.

Worst PG experience ever in my life. When I moved to Bangalore for the first time, I chose this PG to stay in, but the experience was horrible. The so-called “day-to-day” room cleaning is a joke. Even if you request it, it won’t be done on time. You have to pay the electricity (EB) and water bills separately, but the EB charges are not transparent at all. They will charge you more than ₹1,200 without providing any bill or meter reading. If you ask for details, the resident captain will simply say he doesn’t know anything and that it’s handled by the backend team. The food quality was also bad on many occasions. The worst part is the deposit refund. For various reasons, if you decide to leave the PG, don’t expect to get your deposit back on time. I vacated in the first week of April, and despite sending multiple emails and raising support tickets, I only got my refund after 4.5 months — even though they are supposed to refund it within 45 days. Such a terrible experience. I hope my review helps others make an informed decision before choosing this PG

Not a good place to stay anything is not going on properly sometimes the food gets finished early before the time. Sometimes the wifi is not working for nearly 2 days. The Electricity of even my 2 months whole house 3 BHK electricity bill is less than stanzas 1 month bill of a single room. Cleanliness before it was good but now the room cleaning is also not happening 2 times in a week.

Total scam!!! Please do not come to this pg. I alone pay 12,000 for a 3 seater room with electricity bill that goes upto 1000 per month and water bill. They’ve also removed the washing machines without our consent and have launched a laundry system for which we have to pay extra keeping in mind the 12k rent. Worst Pg!

NEVER. I repeat never ever opt for Stanza Living. They are big scammers and will not return your security. They will take away the bed from your room if you fail to pay rent on time. Poor service. Bad food. Electricity problem. Please do NOT go for Stanza unless you have no other choice.

Unnecessarily expensive. Managers will not even pickup the phone after the booking is done. Not at all satisfied with the amenities provided.. maintenance is just for name sake.. They charge extra for electricity and water without showing proper calculations. Electricity charges are some where around 1200 to 1600 per month that too without AC, I don't know how...

Worst experience. Stayed in this property for more than 1 year and the service was really bad in recent days. No proper hot water, internet, food and room service. They charge extra for electricity and the rent is too high comparatively. Most of the food menu is North indian making the stay for South Indian much more difficult.There is no proper furniture as well. I would suggest not to go with stanza living MONZA house in my personal experience.

Also they don’t provide basic furniture like table chair, which was deal breaker for me Also they don’t cook food in proper quantity, sometimes i have seen my friends complaining no food left even though there is 1 hour pending before dinner end time

I've stayed in this property it was a worst experience, I was looking for 2 share room and they Showed me two rooms, both were small other Don't ever think about staying here. And The Sales team tell you that lock-in period is of 3 months but after you pay for everything, you see that LOCK-IN PERIOD is of 6 months. Then they tell you that just by sending a mail everything will be sorted and the app shows just some default data. Then, when you want to checkout, they do not cooperate The 5-star reviews that you see are all paid, are posted by employees themselves and have an agenda to sell you the room by hook or crook. New-comers to Bangalore, BEWARE! Don't even have any expectations on rooms/food/service/hygiene. Take anything else, but not a Stanza. Your money will be safe with you and not taken away and you wont feel cheated at other places. Keep yourself and your money safe from Stanza's scam and fraud. Before taking a room and taking advance payment, they would act like your best friends, trying to win your trust. When you would checkout, they would break your trust, change words and put the blame on you for not getting your deposits back I would give 0 stars if I was able to
