Scam alert!!!!! Old photos and videos are fake!!!! Horrible experience!!!!! Booked for 3 nights. And the experience was so terrible that around at night 9:30 we had to book another hotel and shift. 1. No proper door lock. 2. Lift doesn’t work at 3rd floor. So you can go up from ground floor but can’t come down by lift, have to use stairs. 3. Dirty pillows and blankets. Totally stained and turned to grey. 4. Dust all over the rooms. 5. No basic toiletries, not even towel or soap. 6. Called more than 10 times and went to reception, 90% time no one was there or pickup the call. 7. Not even offered drinking water. 8. No in-house restaurant still previous images are showing that they have buffet options. Totally fake photo. 9. Too dark hallway and smelling. Please read all recent reviews and don’t go for the images shown in Agoda or other booking platforms. They don’t even match the actual things.

Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating experience. The room was filthy from the moment we walked in. The bedsheets and towels were dirty and yellow, clearly not washed properly. The buckets were grimy and unhygienic. The bathroom didn’t even have a door lock, and to make things worse, the exhaust fan was not working at all. On top of the poor cleanliness, there were zero basic amenities—no toiletries provided and not a single hanger for clothes. This is the bare minimum you expect from any hotel. When we complained and asked for a room change, the hotel manager outright refused to help, showing complete disregard for guest comfort and hygiene concerns. The attitude was as bad as the room itself. This place does not deserve to be called a hotel. Poor maintenance, terrible hygiene, and rude management made this stay extremely frustrating. Avoid this place at all costs. Also No Parking Available at the Hotel

Our experience at this hotel was below average. The pictures online were misleading — they show what looks like a parking area, but there is actually no parking facility. We had to park our vehicle on the roadside, which was quite inconvenient. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. The bedsheets were dirty, with hair, dust, and stains. Even after requesting a change, the replacement bedsheets were also not clean. The floor was dusty and clearly not cleaned properly. The room size was manageable but not spacious. The only decent part of the stay was the clean bathroom and availability of hot water. Unfortunately, the complimentary breakfast was disappointing — cold, tasteless poori bhaji that felt like it had been sitting out for hours. Overall, this is not a place I would recommend for couples or families. At best, it might be tolerable for bachelors who aren’t particular about hygiene or comfort. Definitely not worth the price charged.

Go ahead and book this hotel if you want experience like I had - I booked this hotel for two days just to ensure that I got an early check-in as I was reaching Chikmagalur early in the morning at 4:15AM, even though I was staying there just for a night. After reaching the hotel at 4:30AM there was no one at the reception. Also, I noticed that almost all the rooms were open even though no one was there (Interesting fact - Treebo executive told me while booking that all the rooms are booked and just one room is left which is why they can't provide me early check-in as earlier guests are there. Which was a straightaway lie.) I contacted the number written at the reception desk - it was switched off. Then I checked both the floors of the hotel - I found no one. Then I contacted another phone number of this hotel at least 6-7 times, it was ringing but no one picked the phone. Then finally I contacted the Treebo helpline, after a 10-15 minutes call they told me that a person (caretaker of this hotel) is reaching there in 5 minutes. I waited again for 15 more minutes but no one came. Then I contacted the same helpline again which lasted for 40-45 minutes. I came to know that they also wer

This is the worst hotel in chikmangulur. Think twice if you are booking this hotel not recommended at all. Recently we booked 2 rooms in treebo and after check in room smells dirty and no proper locks. Staff not responded properly and when we asked for bath towels they said we are out of stock. Bed sheets filled with blood marks and dirty smell and we immediately complained to treebo customer care. At last treebo customer given alternate hotel at midnight 11pm

I visited this hotel in Chikmagalur and faced discrimination while being served food. This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Everyone deserves equal respect and service, regardless of who they are. I believe it’s important to bring such issues to light so that no one else has to go through this. I hope the management takes steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Discrimination in any form is against basic human values.

"Warning: Steer clear of this place like the plague! It's an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Upon arrival, you're left stranded with no one to check you in or out, let alone offer any assistance. Forget about basic amenities like towels, hot water, or breakfast – they simply don't exist here despite the outrageous price tag. And don't even bother complaining because they couldn't care less. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond appalling. I wouldn't even shell out 500 rupees for this abysmal excuse for accommodation.
