MY ROOM TOILET IS A BROKEN TOILET KITCHEN is located near to a drainage , unhygienic. NO PROPER WI-FI CONNECTION worst pg , full of bed bugs , no permanent cooks , now entire pg in down fall , always speeking in rude voice , earning money with out hardwork - one day they will suffer a lot. For 5-6 months of my splendor plus bike parked in PG , Mr Narayan Reddy asking 20,000 Rs. But my bike current value around 8 - 8.5 k.

Before this pg was very good but now lot of bed bugs n food quality also gone down!If u complaint to the management about it they will not take any action!WiFi also stopped working! please don't waste your money!many health issues are happening due to bed bugs everywhere in the rooms!

There is a leakage in the ceiling which is increasing day by day. Earlier it was 1 spot which was bearable now it's on 3 spots including the one on my bed. This was not mentiomed when I joined. Tried informing the management about it but nothing since 2 months. Apart from that rest all seems fine.

I'm staying more then 4years in this pg initially I haven't face any problem I feel much comfortable in this pg but now I can't say I'm not getting peaceful sleep everyday because of bed bugs manager shivaram sprayd lot of time but not yet raduced and food quality has reduced comper to initial stage

The PG is good. Management is quite helpful and understanding. Food quality is decent compared to other pgs within a 500 m radius. The only problem is Bed buds in most of the rooms. It's time to change all the beds and mattresses with new ones.
