Visited with my family and it was bad experience in this property. ||Cleanliness: I would say negative mark. Bathrooms were very dirty, rooms were full of spider web and cockroaches, uncleaned bed sheets, muddy and dirty floor. Swimming pool was not clean as expected. ||Food: Average food. Not much variety and limited quantity. Also it's important that you tell them in advance what you would like to eat. If you tell during your stay, most of the items from menu will not be available.||They charge Rs1000/person for lunch, dinner and breakfast. For lunch 1 starter, chapati, 1 subji, dal, rasam and white rice and curd. Evening tea with finger chips. Dinner 1 starter, chapati, 1 sabji, afternoon rasam, white rice. Breakfast was 2 Puri, 2 dal wada, soggy shavige bhat. Not worth the money they charge.||||Non proactive service, everything you need to followup. ||Major turnoff was, hot water service only in the morning, that too out of 5 members only 1 got hot water 😠. We kept asking about it but no actions were taken, ended up taking cold water bath. ||||If you are television lover then big no to this place. Don't go by the pics that are there online, swimming pool is dirty as hell. Place is super super dry. Kids have some games to play on but for adults nothing. Rooms are ok not very great too. now food is where is all the pain, it's horrible horrible taste. 10 guys and 5 fell sick(non-vegetarian). Won't recommend it .waste of money and time.

One of the worst services ever we had. 1. Geyser not working. Their response, "Sir coil is gone what shall we do"? 2. Swimming pool is not clean. Their response, "leaves and flowers are falling what shall we do"? 3. Reload empty drinking water. Their response, "Sir we have mineral water bottles pay and buy". 4. Food options are bad and taste not good. Their response, "Sir all of a sudden there are 100 visitors what shall we do"? 5. Food snacks always delayed. Their response, "You didn't tell the timings,only one cook we have and an assistant ,what shall we do"? 6. Your service is hopeless reduce the cost. Their response, "No that we cannot do, I have to pay from my pocket, what shall we do"? 7. We want game items like bat, ball, basket ball, football, volleyball etc. Those we don't what shall we do? My response for all their what shall we do? Close the resort and go to hell instead instead of looting people in the name of resort and your service.

It was bloody horrible. Food was below average. My bathroom had frogs. I'm not joking. Maintenance is worst. Very untidy place. I don't get the point of charging so much when you can't provide quality service. Do not suggest this place. The place had WiFi but the staff weren't telling us the password. Very dissatisfied.

Except for the swimming pool and food, there is nothing worth there (that too breakfast was pathetic) . There are not more than 4 farm animals. We selected this farm than other resorts just for the farm animals so that our kids can have some fun time. But it was a total waste. Moreover there was no greenery seen anywhere. It was soo dry and brown. We could have gone to a resort even for a cheaper rate. The management ppl said Bullock card ride was free of cost during enquiry. But once we were there they said extra amount has to be paid as we booked through MMT. Overall a very bad experience.

The Visit to your Farm house was really pathetic, we had lot of expectation, seeing the profile and photo in the Website , but the scenario was just an imagination and opposite . • First and the foremost, there was no one to welcome us and we were seeing each other face as to where we have come, just as a stranger. • Welcome drink was really pathetic, we had enough of Miranda on the way and the same was being served, with some horrible glasses. We expected Welcome drink should be some kind of fruit juice or something. • Swimming pool was really in a very bad shape, once I entered in to the pool, we could see only dirty things like paper’s , leaves, and shaking pipes, water was really not good to swim, the shower which is placed outside is without shower and just shaking , the other one the water is running all across the place. • The table and chairs in the Farm house was really in a very bad shape, seems it has been used in all kind of place, we just felt like how can anyone sit on this chair. • Coming to the Lunch being served, we had little expectation at least , but even that turned us down, I think you people don’t know the word Buffet is , we were shocked to see the OLD hot

This was one bad experience with these guys. Nothing wad organized well. They had no staff to cook food and we were left to starve. The food was too bad and half cooked. They had no menu to begin with and everything was randomly decided based on leftovers. Ultimately it spoilt our year end get together.

Do not go on old reviews and pics. As we had visited this place 4 years and it was amazing. So we went again for new year...but had horrible experience...place is not maintained at all...no activities or games...TT table is broken..only kids park is fine..nothing else is maintained..also poor service and food quality. i am writing this review on my personal experience on 3-4 Sep 2016 . The first word i would like to use is " Horrible " and the 2nd one comes to my mind is " terrible " . 1. When check in ...found there is no water in the taps ...requested to staff ( which looks more like near by villagers rather a professional staff ) and it came after 30 min . 2. The Food was horrible : ...Roti , were like rubber ...becomes hard within 2 min after you put it in your plate . No taste ....No hygiene maintained . 3. at night 11 pm my son asked that he want to go to get fresh ....but surprise there were again no water in the tap ....thought of contacting staff and found out there is no intercom phone ....then came out of cottage ...and look for staff ..as there were no dedicated office space ...didn't find anyone ...finally used Bisleri drinking water ;-) ;-( .... Luxury 4. There were few dogs who were barking over the whole night ....close to natural environment... USP 5. Room were clean ...but not the toilet ...seems they have just got renovated the property ...so all taps were leaking. the shower were also removed 6. One Mr. Ram Reddy interacted with us for booking. He send us all details for booking and we were about to make advance booking for block it. He then called and told us that food choice will be very limited since guests are limited. Even though food is limited he was insisted on having full amount. We asked to at least to reduce the rates since the food is limited. Later he called and told us that they are cancelling the booking. Please be wary of this place and management. They do such unethical practices.
