Why the score — what people flag
“It's not good. Standard is very low. But you can say comparatively good at this location. Behaviour of the maintenance guy is very bad. For example- 1. He asked for Adhaar during entry, I showed him digital Aadhar. Which was not enough. He needed a physical copy and accused me of Bangladesi born immigrant. Still I had to move in for couple of weeks. 2. Small cockroaches in dinner are very common but I have seen some people are still having the food. 3. No security. Even though a Cctv camera is there but it's like they cannot prevent a theft. Anyone from the road can have access to your room. 4. They will ask for cash as monthly rent and advanced deposit as they want to avoid this in tax and hence you also have no proof from your incometax. Anyway now in new tax regime that doesn't matter anymore. 5. They will give you a receipt of another pg with a different address when you pay the cash as rent. 6. Took the rent for a room where TV is available but during my stay, apart from the CCTV live feed tv in the hall, no other TVs worked in the entire pg. 7. I will not go into food quality, I guess people have different opinion. But not a very good, healthy, hygienic environment to live in”
