I am staying in the new pg. Rooms are descent but owner isn't they won't listen to your complaints and won't care about you at all. He will just say if you wanna leave just leave without even listening to your queries. They won't even return your advance back even informing 20 days before . Food is really big issue specially for north indians. Personally feeling rent is too high and not worth it based on the quality of service and food.

I stayed here for 2 months. I don't recommend this place. -No power backup -Slow speed wifi barely 5mbps -Poor drinking water facility -No privacy. Don't believe single share, double share drama. it's like sharing a small 2bhk with 6 people -Average food Owner won't care about your complaints. He will be rude and he'll simply say if you like stay or else leave

PG is very dirty. If you come from a good background, you will definitely avoid this place. I just visited, and the owner is very rude. I saw a shared room that also has a small room inside (for single occupancy), which means the person in the single room has to go through your room first to access theirs.

Number one worst pg in the area very very worst food in the pg so many pg is there near by guys take time spend hours find the good pg it's good for your health & Everything then very very worst tast food that owner not returned the advance also not proper wifi connection & not proper water connection & day one is spoke to very well day by day is changed I am staying 4 months I am asking hanger still now not installed but rent is correctly collected that date your not given its said you can leave ma ( that ma is 🤣🤣) guys don't waste your money and time totally waste, I have no time I cannot explain fully I will update soon.

The rooms were clean and very Comfortable They went over to help make our stay enjoyable and the work space area is really awesome i highly recommend this Pg for anyone to stay here , Don't expect the internet to be good it's the worst ! Other than that food is also ok ok not very good but better than others pgs here . The only good part of this is that daily room cleaning room space owner is good Solves issues fast The place is nearby to available market access
