Why the score — what people flag
“Don't get fooled by the new building, that's pretty much the only pro to the place. As of this writing the place isn't even connected by proper roads, yet the rent charged for the PG is exorbitant. The owner, Mr Damodar will be all welcoming in the start, but as soon as you move in and give the deposit, you'll realise what kind of a person he is. The guy doesn't have minimum decency on how and when to enter a lady's room, literally yells at his tenants and the worst part of it all, caps the food quantity. If the awful tasting, half cooked food wasn't bad enough, the guy doesn't let u take an extra bread or an egg, nor let the other person give his share, hooliganism! Please avoid this PG at all costs, at the price of this you can easily rent a place.”

“I was not at all satisfied with this place. First cleanliness, room is cleaned daily yet it was not cleaned properly. There were spider webs on te ceiling and complaining about it also no action was taken. Additionally there are so many cockroaches roaming especially in the cupboard and if u come after a few days bed also have cockroaches roaming. When I came 1st day there were yellow sticky stains and I requested the cleaning to clean it. They were reluctant at 1st then I had to clean for the 1st round and then insisted them to clean again. Secondly the food was average. Sometimes they will take off the food even before the timings. When complained about food, the critique was not dealt by the owner and he just brushed it off over the staff who also did not know how to deal with it and started arguing. Additionally the place where we wash vessels is always dirty a d slippery which is near drinking water. It was very unhygienic setting to keep drinking water nearby. Though many said in reviews that food was good, it wasn't that great. I barely could eat after a month. Sometimes there would be rice two times a day. Overall I was not happy. The only big benefit is it being a women'”

sandeep paul★★★★★Can't suggest this PG. If you want your life go smoothly without any disturbance, then don't go there. There is no one who can give you assurance for safety. If your laptop or mobile stolen by anyone, they will blame you instead of investigation. Don't go there.. no one can stay there more than 2/3 months

Maaba Machine India★★★★★Worst girls pg we have experienced yet. No security, they have CC but all camera set upside so that no one can see the story. Behaviour of the owner and also the care taker is like enemy. They only know the money..

Ladies, there are many good PGs in the front gate of manyata with a frequent bus facility to your office..so dont make a wrong choice of choosing this PG for your stay.
