Rooms: Neat but tiny and very congested. Food: Often delayed for hours, but the kitchen shuts immediately if you're late even by 2 minutes. Extra charges for packing breakfast were not communicated. Staff rudely removed extra paratha from my tiffin. Inhumane treatment. Rules: Must justify late returns with proof and photos. Short dresses lead to character judgment. Washing machines are off-limits after 10:30 PM. I wasn't informed about it and my clothes were left soaking the whole night because they switched the main switch off. They didn't excuse me for once. No non-veg allowed; eggs must be cooked in personal utensils. Treatment: A friend was evicted for criticizing the PG, with an audio recording used against her. Staff frequently displace personal belongings. Watery curry , misleading menu. Occasionally good but lacking basics like kidney beans in rajma. Overall: Feels like living in jail with zero privacy or respect. Sharing with a false name as the management has my contact information. I won't recommend it to anyone.

You deserve zero stars. This so-called PG should be taken down. It's not a safe location to stay. My stay here was a nightmare. They state that no movement is permitted after 10:30 p.m. But from what I've seen, residents come and go as they wish. This occurs because no watchman is present. I'm not sure where that guy will be, but I never saw him at his place of seating. They keep a book where he sits and tell us to fill it out when we go and come in, but if he's not there, no one fills it out. When you initially join, they don't even tell you that you have to write details in that book, and then they blame you for not writing and tell you that you're disobedient and your conduct is bad. Arati Laxmi is a coarse and illiterate woman. When I asked her to clear some of the queries, she told me that I was dominating. I definitely do not comprehend what they were saying, and I doubt they understand what dominating genuinely means. Instead, they dominate and exploit those who stay. These people will not accept what they have said or done and will instead blame you, claiming that your character is not suitable. This is the worst PG I have ever seen, they have their own rules that I have never seen in any PG in Bangalore. My sister stayed here for two months and she faced many problems like limited internet( needed to refresh once in every 30sec) limited food (first of all they provide twice a day) Student unfriendly. She needed to stay for a month for that also they took 6900 advance plus maintenance fee of 2000, what we all think when they say maintenance fee is they are gonna deduct from 2000 for damage that we make or they might deduct 1000, give the rest back, this is something I have seen everywhere in Bangalore. So I contacted PG people to ask about maintenance fee they talked to me very rude, they have one single answer for any question u ask which is our management rules are like this and we can't change anything. Then I asked them that give me ur management contact I will talk t them, they said ' u won't get solution for this anyway'. They are not letting management know customers concerns neither letting us contact them. Finally, that lady agree to talk to management and said will try to get u maintenance fee. Not fit for North Indians as the food have South Indian taste in each dish. Even sandwiches have the same taste as sambhar served in bread. Sambhar is served almost daily. The owner is not at all flexible with the norms and is not willing to adjust anyhow if anyone wants to leave the PG within 3 days too if the person is not comfortable in the PG. They close the kitchen at 10.30 PM which does not allow anyone to cook after that, making no sense of having independent kitchen. Rooms are good and other services too but they should not bound anyone to serve 45 days notice period even if the person has brought the inconvenience to the owner's notice about her uncomfortability. We take up the PG by merely seeing the rooms where we do not taste the food.

This PG is really not that good as it says My friend stayed there and when I came to this pg with her, there was no security guard present there I asked my friend and she said she also doesn't know y he is not present all the time and she often sees him at evening and other than that she has not seen him We went to her room and i saw her bed and it was literally wet and clothes where there and it was not my friends clothes When I asked my friend she told me to ignore that and it's a usual case and complaining is of no use After that we left room and went down Still there was no security guard Like how will anyone know if someone has entered with a person staying when the security guard is not present How does this feel safe ?? I was there in the room for not even 10 mins and i felt very weird Like how can ppl keep there things on others bed It's fine if that bed is not being occupied but when you know that a person will come back from work and sleep there how can anyone be so inconsiderate to keep there things on others bad, they too pay for that bed It would be not an issue if the person had kept dry things but the bed was wet How do u think my friend had to sleep or sit on the

Very bad experience These ppl are literally fraud Don't trust them No proper response Watchman is there but useless he is most of the time not present there What kind of security these people give They only talk about terms and conditions They even didn't give the full deposit amount When i called they say I'm dominating them and I can't speak to them They are not picking calls also While joining one amount after joining different amount These ppl are not even registered The administration says they and the owner are very strict and from what i saw even if anyone gets a guy inside these people won't know No wonder how many people would have sneaked in alcohol and some other things These ppl if u complain abt anything inside room they won't do anything because of the proof lacking You can't help but to adjust to few nasty things because you can't get a proper proof My bed was also wet because the other roommates clothes She always hanged her wet clothes on my bed as if it were a drying stand when i told them personally they said to put a message in watsapp and they'll share that chat in watsapp grp that they have They also added that we can only say in watsapp but not to that roomma

So called luxurious guest house , though they provide 2 times food and maintain cleanliness, few flats have a lot of cockroachs even in the cooking area. Few people who stay here are mannered less , loves to steel cloths .beware on that !!! Apart from the above information, it's in a good locality.

Yes the all the accomodations are great but when it comes to food, they has no. of notice, unlimited food 2 a day but that's scam, you eat in terrace only rice or chappati they will give curries no, fries no, curd no, you pack you tiffin food is limited, you take it your room food is limited (limited means only 1 bowl of rice). They really need work on its food facility and chef's behaviour.
