Why the score — what people flag
“1. Food is average or I would say only the Sunday dinner is good. 2. Housekeeping guys will clean all the corridors but they are not serious about cleaning the rooms (maybe they just want to impress their bosses) 3. Overall Spending 17000 rs. for a Double occupancy is not worth it at all. 4. The only plus point of this pg is behavior of the manager, or else there is no motivation to stay. The TV in your room is just there for the namesake you will hardly be able to watch any channels because after repeated requests also the Manager isn't going to recharge even the Standard channels forget about the HD Channels. The only good thing about the PG is they provide a nice beds,Big Cupboards and a mini fridge in every room.But these facilities surely do not merit 17000. There are much better options.”

The housekeeping staff diligently cleans the corridors, but their attention to room cleaning seems lacking (perhaps for the purpose of impressing their superiors). Spending 17000+ rs. for a double occupancy doesn't justify the cost in any way. The manager's behavior is the sole positive aspect of this PG; without it, there's no compelling reason to stay. The TV in the room is purely symbolic, with limited channel access despite repeated requests to the manager, who isn't even willing to recharge the standard channels, let alone the HD ones. The PG does offer comfortable beds, spacious cupboards, and a mini-fridge in each room, but these amenities alone do not justify the high cost of 17000+ rs. There are certainly better alternatives available.

COM NNN★★★★★Rooms full of cockroaches. Very very expensive as per the services provided. Only 2 washing machines for 70 odd people. Limited drying space. Struggle fir cleaning clothes. Staff not cleaning the washroom properly and changing the sheets timely. Increasing the price where other similar pg are not increasing. Food quality has degraded, veggies are now a rarity in menu. All 5 star reviews are fake.

Comedy Life★★★★★My experience was not good and PG is very over expensive as per the services given. Water problems are also there now and then. Going office without bath is feels very bad as there is no water. As per the strength of PG, only 2 washing machines are there so u have to wait 6-7 hours. However food provided is adequate compared to other PGs

jagadish 8055★★★★★The rooms here are incredibly cramped, making it nearly impossible to move around freely. Inside your room, you can only sit or sleep on your bed, there is no room for other activities. It's quite frustrating and limits the livability of the space.
