“Not worth the money. Rooms are small but good. Only one small window so Ventilation is very poor. Internet is good, food is okay. I hate this place because the services by the staff are not good. The doors are auto lock and one time accidentally I locked my key in at 12 o clock at night. But the caretaker wouldn't open the door saying that his service time is over by 10-30 pm. What am I supposed to do, sleep outside? So, if there are emergencies, forget about getting help. They don't ask for your permission before doing anything to the room. Once there was a painting job on Monday. Because of the poor ventilation,, there be paint smell that will cause headache and irritation. So I asked them to paint on Friday because many of the people will go home. But, no response. They have to do it on Monday. you pay rent for a room and you do not have a say in what is done in your room. I slept the next day in my friends' room because of the smell. If you are paying 20000 for 2 people in a small room, you should expect better services. Here, they do services like they are doing you favours”

“Pros: 1) deposit amount is less ( which you will not get fully in return) and you may get two sharing room quickly 2) rooms are okayish and they will clean once a week Cons: 1) washing machines are always in repair 2) too much smoking... Both inside and outside the stay 3) asked to shift room every now and then 4) my room no is different from where I am staying and I had to pay an extra electricity bill 5) biometric security is not switched on regularly. 6) Street dogs are coming into the reception area at midnight”

If ur staying here for longer time then u need to pay more than what ppl actually pay 4. Washing machine won't works 5. Power goes very often . 6. No proper maintainance 7. U will be charged double for what u actual pay. In zolo we need to follow zolo rules .but as a customer u don't have any rule that u can put on. Such a scam here the property hibiscus.

Suryansh Sharma★★★★★Worst PG I have ever been to. The room had no ceiling fan, caretaker told us that extra charges will be levied to install the fan. The old tenant did not vacat on the discussed date with the caretaker soo we were told to come the next day at 11:00am even then we were made to wait till 6:00pm before checking in. I do not recommend this PG, it's a scam they are running here.

Worst experience ever ! 19 July 2023 -If you are an individual travelling alone managing your things all by yourself, do not go for a Zolo residency. DO NOT . They will harass you and put in such a helpless situation that you’ll have nothing to do either cry or fume in Anger . They are eager in showing the place and asking for money but absolutely unprofessional and zero in their management, maintenance and customer service . PERSONAL EXPERIENCE -Firstly I saw the room in Zolo hibiscus booked the same and was allotted a different room . -Secondly I was told to move on a respective date by the manager and the caretaker and then again was put on Stand by as the room was not vacated whereas the information passed to me was that the room is ready , now not being a local I did not had any other place to go to . -I called up the Zolo customer care service , spoke to number of agents which was not at all helpful. Muhammad Naim , Pooja , mr Shankar and many more of them . After 30 mins when we went to confirmation.suddenly the rates got changed .deposit 15 k ,maintainance charges Rs 2650/- separate charges for 6 days on the current price ,Discount 30% will be applied from 1st April. Which was not infromed at the initial discussion. We felt they are not professional or have got experience in this field of sales in hospitality industry. Room maintenance is not done according to Zolo rules. Poor management here. Disiturbing locality. Not recommended especially if you are a working professional.

Pros: Room cleaning service 3 times a week, Good security system i.e. Cameras in each floor ,32" TV with DishTV, Gyser. Cons: Food was very poor - Undercooked chapati and smelly sabjis. Poor customer service at the contact center.They never follow up on tickets and will never call you on your mobile. I had to wait 8 weeks for the set top box stand to be fixed in spite of providing repeated reminders. If you complain to the care taker he says," it's not in his hands." They talk to you as if they are doing you a favor. Power backup only in the toilet light not the fan and tubelight in the room.If power cut occurs your doomed.Very small toilet and No exhaust fan in the toilet. Poor ventilation in the room i.e. Only one side of the window can be opened since its sliding window. There is a tractor that brings water twice a day and sometimes we faced water problems. There are only 2 washing machines and about 100 people are staying at the PG hence it's very difficult to get a machine free during the weekend. Wifi data limit is only 10 gb after that you have to pay for a top up if you need more data. The s
