In the websites all the facilities are showing but in real they will say we. Can not provide....you can cancel or ask refund.. Guests are not allowed in this hotel, beware of this worst policy before making a booking. It seems owner keeps watching everyone from cctv camera continuously. I don't recommend this hotel at all, It is located in a very isolated place and the behaviour of the front desk guy is too rude. We went to pick up my friend to drop him in the airport, they have the worst policy that they did not allow guests inside the hotel, they asked us to stay in the parking lot and did not allow us to meet my friend even though we were with family and kid.

Worst behavior by Hotel reception. Booked for 2 persons for night's rest for few hours after airport drop. We requested one extra person just to wash face before going to airport and they were asking 500 INR extra. Not for stay but just to use bathroom for few minutes....Also rude behavior! Name sake breakfst is between 8 to 9am. Useless for people traveling earlier in morning. No restaurant support. Just a fancy name, Waste of money...there is nothing to recommend this hotel for anything!!

I booked a room here 11th Dec 2022 when I was traveling from mysore. Before I arrive I confirmed the price for the room, but when I arrived I was welcomed by other people there who told me the manager wasn't there and that that was not the price for the room and added 800rs, they even tried to charge me 500rs more for help carrying a suit case and when I got in the room( Room #1 specifically)at first it looked Normal but with further inspection it was full cockroaches. I had to put all my belongings on top of a table after 3 tried getting into my bag. Worst experience of my life would not recommend this place unless your desperate for a cheap place or planning on punishing your self

Very pathetic service and hospitality... I won't recommend this property... -We came to lobby for breakfast at 8.30am, the items in the breakfast was over, same was informed to front office associate and he said that wait for 10mins to refill the items. We wait for 35mins and the result was negative -WC flush was not working. -Exhaust in the bathroom was not working and bathroom was stinky like uncleaned public toilet To be Frank cheap lodge is better that this property.

I usually don’t write reviews but this was just not it. First of all it is next to the airport but in a remote location. The Uber driver that dropped me was also creeped out by the place because it’s in the middle of nowhere. We came together and I showed the booking. I paid for it through agoda and then I had to fill paper work for staying the night here. Also there is WiFi if you ask them but no service here. Bathroom is not worth it because it should be cleaner. Along with that there is literally no one in this hotel, that is very creepy. Don’t let the pictures deceive you into coming here, better to find a hotel a little farther but with enough crowd where people are safe. Definitely the least safe hotel I’ve been due to location and oh yeah the electric ports are not working it is just for looks. Luckily I had a power bank. But yeah don’t come here.

Visited in October 2023. Very isolated location, the staff are very rude and unprofessional. They give bad rooms if you book online and ask for extra money in person for better rooms. Worst hotel to stay In banglore. Food is very bad and they charge Rs. 300 for breakfast. Most unhygienic place and cab charges are 350-500 for airport which is hardly 4 to 6 kms from here. Not recommended

This is not even 1 star hotel. Not sure why they call it 3 star. We had a flight to catch early morning so we booked this hotel just to get a nice sleep and the least we can expect from them is clean bedsheets and comfortable bed, blankets. But, opposite to our expectation there were stains of all colors on bedsheets and extremely thin blanket. This hotel is in secluded area and it was so cold as our room was also on ground floor. We asked them to replace blankets (as those were spare blankets generally given to 3rd person in the room, not regular blankets)and they said, all rooms are booked and they can't help it-" Adjust karo madam". Why we pay, if we have to adjust, I didn't sleep whole night properly. There were also some old tea bags on the table, which they said they ll replace but nobody came. Very unprofessional staff, worst hotel I ever stayed in my life.

Room is okay. They say they have terrace restaurant. But it's not good. Booked it on oyo. When i reach jere he says i don't accept online payment eventhough i had called and talked to someone at the hotel and he said it is accepted. When i reached the hotel he told me they received no such call and when i showed him the the number he said he the only employee and that this number does not belong to anyone. So i called that number in front of him and as it turns out it was HIS phone but he suddenly says it's not his phone, it's some other employee but he had just said that there are no other employees. I called oyo so they said they can refund the money or arrange stay at a different hotel nearby. But there is nothing near this hotel, this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There also no hot water in the bathroom. There intercoms don't work so everytime i need something i should go to the reception. WIFI is also so slow that Google also didn't open.

If there was a negative rating I would have preferred minus 5 stars.. I'm a frequent traveller and I have seen worse hotels in my life. However, this hotel is worst of the worst.. what can I say... Full of mosquitoes, dirty and stinking bed sheets (looks like they didn't wash them for the last 6 months), TV doesn't work.. later only they replaced. but they need full money from us. OMG, they charged 1800 for 6 hours and put me in to horrible room. I was trapped and I couldn't go back to other hotel because I came for 6 hours sleep. The mattress surface is so rough and poking my back all time.. such a horrible bed ever seen. I dont know if the owner of this property see this review and try to change in future.. I NEVER recommend.

Worst place ever to be in. Rooms are smelling very bad and the service is the worst you would find ever. Electricals and plumbing are not working properly, for food they give you a menu but at the end you are forced to eat what they serve as it is limited and also not up to the mark. There is no building or food around this location and you would feel trapped inside this hotel also there is no mobile network in this place. Hotel staff responds only till we check-in and after that they don't even lift our calls or serve us. Attitude of the staff is worst. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this place. Kindly book some other hotel even if it is 10Kms from airport as that would be better and worth for the price paid

Better to avoid this hotel, customers making online booking like goibibo will be asked to checkin to their another hotel deep inside a village, which is more than 5km from here. Even prior enquiry directly with their manager give address only here but on arrival they compel you to go to remote location somewhere else, which involves cab drive through deserted narrow country road with no lights anywhere. Also there is no english speaking frontdesk service, approach road is filled with street dogs at least at early morning. Shockingly very poor service! Horrible experience!

Non ac rooms in basement are like the Killing chambers, No ventilation, Not even a single hole for fresh oxygen, No exhaust fan, Bedding was teared so they flipped the mattress, and the mattress was of hard metal spring and just a thin layer of cushion, I have kept the door open for fresh air then a dog stepped inside And price is 3500₹

Quality of room very bad, No maintenance ( bathroom window of room 5 are covered using newspaper), Goibibo marked the hotel as the closest and 1.8km but hotel is actually 7 km away from airport, Staff doesn't have any uniform and look totally unprofessional, I booked room for full night for transit flight but left the hotel after refreshing by evening, During my stay due to construction some sounds were there which was totally disturbing. Please don't stay in this hotel for huge some of money. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life time.
