“Rooms are not clean and spacious”

“I stayed in this PG for around 7–8 months, and my experience was not satisfactory overall. 1. Rent Issues Initially, I was told the rent would be ₹6500. Later, when I spoke to the management again, they changed it to ₹6800 and then finally increased it to ₹7000 for a 3-sharing room. What was surprising is that even the 2-sharing rooms were charged almost the same amount. When questioned, they said the room had “more space,” but in reality, there was hardly any noticeable difference. 2. Maintenance Charges They charged ₹1000 yearly maintenance, but even though I stayed only for around 7–8 months, they collected ₹1500 as maintenance fees, which did not feel fair. 3. Food & Dining Experience The food taste was actually good, and the cook aunty was the only person who treated students kindly and respectfully. However, the owner and some staff members often did not provide enough food. If students asked for extra food, they would respond rudely, saying things like “There are many members here” or “Even I eat only this much.” Sometimes only two small dosas were given, and asking for more would lead to insulting comments. 4. Venkatesh Parayitam★★★★★The place offers budget accommodation for students.. The rooms are not so clean though and housekeeping services are horrible.. The only advantage here is you'll make lot of friends, especially if you are a student in SJCE.
