This PG accommodation has been the most unsatisfactory I have encountered to date. The rooms consistently lack proper cleaning, and the washrooms are perpetually unhyygienic. The owner exhibits consistently rude behavior and, upon departure, refuses to refund the advance amount. The management is exceptionally poor, leading me to strongly advise against this establishment. Furthermore, there is a complete absence of security for valuables, including money, laptops, and other personal belongings. In the event of theft, the owner disclaims all responsibility and demonstrates no concern. The food provided is also highly unhygienic. This review is a candid reflection of my personal experience.

Very disappointing stay. I stayed here for 10 months and my experience was never good. The owner is extremely arrogant and rude, always demanding money and speaking disrespectfully to residents. He treats residents very poorly instead of with basic respect. The food is very poor, especially the rice, which is of very low quality. Cleanliness is also not maintained properly. Rooms and common areas are not cleaned properly. I also noticed many fake positive reviews, which seem to be posted by the owner or people connected to him. Those reviews do not reflect the real condition of this PG. In our area, this is one of the worst PGs. Overall, this was a very bad experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointing experience – avoid this PG! This was one of the worst PGs I’ve ever stayed in. The owner scammed us, and the overall maintenance and food quality were terrible. There is no proper cook – the owner himself prepares food for everyone, and it’s consistently bad. The place is unhygienic, poorly maintained, and not at all worth the money. On top of that, the owner's behavior is rude and unprofessional. He’s not friendly or approachable. I honestly don’t understand how there are so many positive reviews here – they seem fake or misleading. Please be cautious before considering this PG.

my experience has been quite disappointing. The main issue is the owner’s behavior. He is extremely rude and unapproachable. If you try to raise any concerns, he does not respond properly. Once the rent is paid, he becomes unavailable and does not address complaints at all. The food quality is very poor. The owner himself cooks to avoid hiring a chef, which directly affects the taste and hygiene. Meals are not up to basic standards, and there is no consistency. Maintenance is another major problem. The PG charges ₹8,000 as advance (1 month) and an additional ₹3,000 for maintenance, which is quite high compared to other PGs. Despite this, cleanliness is not maintained. Cleaning staff keeps changing frequently (almost every month), and washrooms are often not cleaned properly. Another inconvenience is related to food arrangements. There are two PG buildings, and food is prepared only in one of them. Residents from the other building have to walk to the main PG just to have meals, which is very inconvenient. Overall, there are no proper rules, no accountability, and very poor management. Considering the cost and facilities provided, this PG is not worth it. Don't see the previous rev

Worst PG which I have stayed till now, no cleaning of room, dirty washrooms, owner is horrible at the end of leaving the PG he won't give the advance paid by us and talks very rudely, i highly do not recommend this PG worst management, no safety for ur valuables like money, laptops etc. Owner doesn't even care ur valuables if they r theft, food is absolutely not unhygienic this is my honest experience.

In this area this pg is literally best pg for it's cleanlines. The quality of living here is good . Food is good just like how it is on other pg. Rent is budget friendly. Owner is very friendly (just behave like how a friend should) and stay in the same pg ensuring saftey toward all students who are staying here.
