Yesterday I visit alcott food quality very bad ..service is fine ..I ordered 2 mutton biriyani fish fry mutton fry fruit salad ..Really the food was totally pathetic ......I was asked to cancel 1 mutton biryani to the captain Ge is telling once it's punched it's not possible to cancel ..what can we do that worst food even we can't possible to provide my Dog also Captain told me that biryani was Andhra style dum biryani ..it's totally false that rice is boiled rice and peaces should be separately boiled fry peases given ..don't visit this type of cheating Hotels Waste of money and time

It's a copycat of Nandhini, right from security guard to waiters all tell it's original Nandhini, but it's not, it's of Alcot Hotels, food is very average not at all like Nandhini, all over priced. We went on a Sunday afternoon and there were no customers, so you can imagine the food quality. Please go to Nandhini Deluxe on same road, this is next to Sapna Book store, don't go here

They are doing fraud not giving staff salary as I have worked there and I left job from there giving them a notice period but they have still not paid my salary which is 23333/- here are the proofs so they can't deny saying it's a fake review so am uploading these few proofs........clear my salary as I want my hard earned money,my last working day was 14dec and they have still not paid my salary so please kindly clear my salary.....I will remove this after I get paid so this is really bad you can't make some work and not paying their salary later it been more that 2 months they have not paid my salary

Never had this horrible experience. Someone out of nowhere decided to use the spare key and entered my room and the EXCUSE WAS THAT WE’RE CHECKING THE NUMBER OF VACANT ROOMS. PLEASE, just stay away from these people who don’t understand what basic etiquettes are. Initially they could not retrieve my booking because of their tech-handicapped staff. Please just stay away!

Very bad experience. Attitude of people is really bad. Not even want to listen what we want. The way they talk is very rude. I asked them if they can customize a bit the food. Every well established restaurant will take such request without even argue. But here they are talking like i am begging for food here. I will never come here again. And will recommend everyone to avoid this place. There are much better options available everywhere.

I visited Nandhin for lunch today with my family and ordered Chicken Kadai. I was served with a dish having cockroach in it, which I noticed when I served the Kadai on my plate. It was totally disgusting. It’s so inhumane that they don’t have sense of hygiene. It’s really a shame to the management. I just hope that not many people will face the same mishap as me. I zipped my mouth because I didn’t want to make the other customers feel awkward about the dish they were being served and eaten

Beware of these guys they are not authentic Andra restaurant they play the game by just removing “i” from the name and call themselves as Nandhin but to make things worse the building is named out as Nandhini Plaza. The food was below average for the amount being charged and the server misguided us to payout on Dineout and after paying was told they where not listed in it. The manager backed out and we had to pay the bill again. The worst of the service would never recommend this place!! To be frank they are not even worth the single star!!

While once an amazing place to go to, it has not kept up. The ambiance was better cuz of the redecor. But the service was slow, and it was more like we keep it at the table, help yourselves. Glasses and cutlery had to be asked for. Apart from the mutton fry, nothing was really good. We asked for a non-spicy panner curry and were suggested Mutter-panner which was pretty spicy, when asked they said it's Andhra style. The kebabs were too salty and extremely oily. Maybe we should not have gone here with expectations of yesteryear excellence.

The service provided in this hotel is pathetic. People are so rude. If the hotel management is seeing this review. Please train your staff. Atleast make them learn "hotel management" crash course. They "might" change or else other than doing cost cutting recruit professionals who is interested in doing this job and not people who doesn't know how to spell hotel management.

I hated it so badlyyyy. ...and decided that i willl never ever go to nandhini again They give chicken in veg biriyani,,,,,,they broke our trust. ...and more over the chicken biriyani they served was the worst biriyani i had tasted after coming to banglore..,,,,and the plates wch they give is so dirty,,,,it was full of ghee and the oil stains,,,i didn't feel like having frm the glass they give,,,,,it was so bad experience ..many good hotels are here in banglore ,.....pls dontt go to nandhini for an experiment...

Very poor room quality, not worth any price. Worst part was Toliet was constantly smelling, toilet push button broken, taps were loose.ac plug detached, walls dirty need repaint. Tv size of a laptop. Bed had springs you can feel. Phone handle was not cleaned for ages.
