Worst hotel experience ever — please avoid! I recently stayed at this hotel in Mysore and it completely ruined the mood of our trip. We checked in and had to rush out for sightseeing, so we didn’t get to check the room properly. When we returned around 9:30 PM, the real problems started. The mattress was awful, making creaky noises and extremely uncomfortable. AC wasn’t working, TV wasn’t working, and they hadn’t even provided drinking water. We informed the reception, but no one came for 15 minutes. After asking again, a guy came, tried switching on the AC once, and left. Another 30 minutes passed, still no help. When we went again, the staff casually said they would “finish dinner and come.” No one came. After we raised our voice out of frustration, one staff member finally came only to say nothing can be done and that we should talk to the manager in the morning if we want a refund – even though we were staying just for a night. The worst part? They were mocking and laughing outside our room after we complained. They later gave us another room, which was even worse — a glass door that opened directly to the road, completely unsafe for anyone to stay in. We somehow managed t

made the worst decision of my life by booking Aishwarya Le Royal, which ridiculously calls itself the “Best Budget Hotel in Mysore.” If this is the best, I genuinely feel terrified for every other hotel in the city. From the moment I stepped in, things went downhill faster than a rockslide. The reception smelled like a mix of old damp socks and expired mosquito repellent. The staff looked at me like I had interrupted their afternoon nap. Check-in took nearly 45 minutes because their computer was “slow” & staff not available for clean. The room? A horror movie set. The bedsheets had suspicious yellowish stains that I refused to investigate further. The bathroom was filthy – black mold on the tiles, a leaking shower that flooded the entire floor, and a toilet that flushed only when it felt like it. This place is a scam. Dirty, poorly maintained, terrible service, and zero value for money. I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again. Save your money and go somewhere else – literally anywhere else in Mysore.

Booked this hotel since the hotel is in the prime location, booked for family of 3 with 1 year old after seeing the image in google photos, seems the images are from when the hotel is built, the bed spread was horrible, AC has no flaps, the description given in Agoda doesn’t match the room, 1 queen and 1 double bed was mentioned but the room had 1 double and 1 single bed, no kettle, only jug no water, no toiletries ,room service are useless and to get the car to the underground parking I have to convince the watchman. The hotel is in prime location, just because of the management it’s not attaining it full potential. Since I paid the money I have to talk to Agoda CC and see for alternative room. Terrible and unsafe hotel – especially because of the night staff I had one of the worst hotel stays during my Mysore trip. We checked in and left immediately for sightseeing, so we didn’t get to look at the room properly. When we came back around 9:30 PM, we realised how bad the place actually was. The mattress was noisy and extremely uncomfortable, the AC and TV didn’t work, and no drinking water was provided. We informed the reception, but no one bothered to come. After 15 minutes, we went again, and someone came just to press a button and walk away. After another 30 minutes, still no help. What made the experience horrible was the night receptionist. He was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unwilling to help. Honestly, even if you face an emergency late at night, don’t expect any support from him. His behaviour was unbelievable for someone working in hospitality. When we insisted again, the staff told us they would “eat dinner and come later.” They even mocked and laughed outside our room after we complained. This was hands-down one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We booked through Agoda, and there was a simple mistake regarding the number of people — something that could have easily been handled with basic professionalism. Instead, the front desk staff turned it into a nightmare. The guy at the front desk was unbelievably rude, talked down to us, and acted like we were somehow trying to cheat the system. All we wanted was a reasonable solution, but he made the entire situation stressful and miserable. For a hospitality business, this place has zero understanding of customer service. Instead of helping, they treated us with attitude and disrespect from the moment we arrived. The room itself wasn’t even worth the hassle — outdated, uncomfortable, and absolutely not what we expected for the price. If you’re thinking of booking this hotel through Agoda or anywhere else, do yourself a favor and stay far away. No vacation or trip is worth dealing with staff this unfriendly and unprofessional.

Staff is extremely ill-mannered, we were travelling with our car. On the day of check in they couldn't provide us the parking of the hotel so we were asked to park on the opposite side where a person came to us saying pay for the parking we told him politely that hotel security has asked us to park it here. When we told this to the hotel staff we were given a parking in the basement, where the space was limited. Next day morning when had to leave so at 7:30am approx we reached to the reception desk because no body was answering the call. And we were told that it is not possible for you to take out the car before 9am. When we said we have to go to the temple we want, they started misbehaving, and blaming us for parking despite they have informed that car cannot be taken out before 10:30. Mind you, we where never informed any thing like that and when we confronted them they started shouting at us and out of nowhere they brought language in between, and told us to speak in kannada because we were standing on their land. I checked everywhere if it was written that it is mandatory to speak kannada for the guest of that hotel, but sadly I couldn't find any such disclaimer. I hold deep re

The worst hotel I've stayed so far.. .Shit stains in toilet .No water in Jar .some sticky stains on bed and rug .no calling service (had to go down to call them) .no soap shampoo was kept .no towels where kept aswell .no active response from them aswell .at night the lights even after switching them off had dim low light which is wired issue ig. couldn't sleep due to it Just small room with fancy lighting Hated it ! WORST - dont go ....net says cheap priced hotel its services ,cleanliness, rooms and other facilities are cheaper then the price. After stressful life people travel to relax n enjoy the way th receptionist guys speak in in appropriate torn , the unclean room, money minded attitude will kill your peace. Overall average room AC dont work, no hot water, leaking bathroom pipes from ceiling, poor bed ...over priced if u search a little you will get nice rooms for lesser price also.

Not Recommended! I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were not clean at all, and I don’t think the bed covers and blankets were washed — everything felt very unhygienic. The facilities are extremely minimal, and for the price they charge, it is absolutely not worth it. There is no proper parking space, which made the stay even more inconvenient. Overall, I totally do not recommend this hotel. It was a complete waste of money and a very disappointing experience.

Pathetic service and room condition. AC remote was missing and took 3 hours to find by reception. They charge for food plates also. Food orders take minimum 1 hour and of bad quality. The good is the location which is very close to church and near to all attractions.

They don’t even provide drinking water for free, but they do provide bedbugs free of cost to every guest! The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional, making the stay very unpleasant. The overall management needs serious improvement. Definitely not worth the money or the trouble. We stayed at room number 404, which was extremely suffocating , and they were shouting even at night 12 AM.. I told them to change the room, but they were asking 500 for upgradation.. And ask towel in the morning twice, they didn’t Even brought the towel after one hour, so I had to clean myself using tissue papers🤕😮‍💨
