The rooms, beds, and bathrooms are not cleaned regularly, resulting in an unhealthy environment. I request you to take immediate action to improve hygiene, enforce proper rules, and ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all residents. If these issues are not resolved soon, I may be forced to look for other accommodation, as many residents are already dissatisfied with the current conditions.”
