I have called them to check rooms availabilit specially single room , Swathi was one who was attending me , he said after dec 25 th it’s available, I called in dec 27 th , again she said it’s available mam , wen u want , I said I will be coming in jan first week , she said book ur tickets n message me , wen I msgd after booking tickets she didn’t reply , so I called and she said only four sharing available n I have to adjust till 22nd of jan . I told her before itself am travelling from chennai n I have rooms available. This is so irresponsible of her total waste of my time , if they told that before I won’t wasted my time . How people from far r trying for PG one lady without knowledge wasting others time and giving false hope n information.

The managment is very arrogant and rude , and they doesn’t know how to treat a student , they act as like gundas , if any one like to join there you must think twice or more , becuase they are not good and they doesn’t have humanity . She’s not safe to keep girls around. They will not refund the security deposit they kept my passport with them and didn’t gave back and i had to cry and yell from there very bad people

This is the worst PG I have ever seen. My sister and parents had a terrible experience with the management. The food provided was very bad, and my sister ended up with food poisoning because of it. We had to move her out, but the management didn't pay back the advance given. This is a fraud pg.Be aware of it before joining.

Worst PG !! The food is so bad that my friend ended up with food poisoning and had to leave the PG and they dint even payback the advance amount and eventually they stopped picking our calls. There are other good PG's near by visit there never join this PG.

Worst PG for girls in Manglore . While joining they said that they will be providing good food but in reality, the quality of food was much below average and most of the days its in-consumable. Several requests/complaints were made to the management on the bad food quality , but no actions were taken and it became worse and worse. Also the rude attitude from the management is intolerable to inmates. The owner lady who runs the hostel will never respond to calls and run away from issues when the parents tried to reach her to discuss things. They are just greedy for money and find many reasons not to return the deposit amount. Only those who can withstand humiliation and poor-quality of stay and food can choose this place. Or opt any other hostels as there are plenty available in town.

Worst hostel. It's just clean but when your valuable things have been lost they won't take any responsibility and they will scold you. For all their mistakes. 1st two week will be nice, after that you understand the true nature of the pg. These people are just gold diggers.

I stayed here for less than a week. I am treated very well, I feel very special with the services provided, got free bucket, mugs, mattress etc. I am told that they are giving me for free but other girls have to pay and yes, I see they attached the price tag on each item (So I was maybe specially treated) I didn't get to take a good look at the building because before I even enter the building I'm already desperate to move out. I don't know much about the hostel but to the person who maybe understanding this... (The journey from Bangalore to Mangalore was a trauma for me till this day but I am just a stranger that time. I knew all the way what the intention you had. I saw cute lil boy playing around the hall and a kind and warm hearted mother. I felt really sorry. Leaving the pg was an escape! You are blessed with a very nice family. Please feel them. I always pray for this family but unable to forget the lies I had to make and terror I faced.) I will not suggest this pg for safety.

Be very careful of these people.... especially greeta .....she cheated my parents saying I will pay back the advance(5000) within 5 days and turned up not picking call ......and they have also made me pay 30000+ for just 10 days of my stay ...... I know greeta u won't be well off with the amount u have cheated us .....atleast try providing good food .....let other girls not suffer from food poison Just be careful girls .....don't vacate until ur advance amount is paid back

One of the WORST PG of mangalore only cares about MONEY Gold diggers palace no worries for students valuable things if robbed they tell cc camera is not working and payments and fees are all should be done prior one month other wise they will put other girls in the same persons bed and will also not inform you This is like one night stay or lodge for outside people when ever can come and when ever can go for people so people who are interested to be pg^d in this place by seeing the pictures which is posted by the owner pls confirm and verify with the existing girls. My sister is also staying in this place and has been robbed 4 times in the row and they say we will look after it and they will not respond to you so be carefull before choosing Thank you

Had to unfortunately give that 1 star otherwise wouldn't be able to give my opinion...That sums up things ig...when they don't call back or keep their numbers switched off to avoid paying back the advance amount to those who left with a promise of given back....this is the respect that they show...Wish that anymore people do get affected ever again...hope this reaches you and others.... lesson learnt!!

The management is rude. While taking admissions, they will be on their best behaviour. But when we tell them about vaccating, they will start deducting unnecessary money from your security deposit. Sometimes they won't pick up your parents phone calls.

Apart from cleanliness everything else is just bad.(the only thing good here is cleanliness) Money oriented people. Food is bad most of the time. They charge for each and everything you use i.e., apart from the monthly fee paid we are asked to pay extra for electricity, water,geyser, initially i was asked to pay extra for using laptop too.Due to the covid situation i was not able to come and see the pg in person so i had just seen the pictures.But the pictures that were sent to me was of another pg run by them.(which i got to know after joing here) i was also informed a different menu but after i had joined here the food is not upto the mark for which we pay .Would advise people to check the place in person and get to know the reviews from different people before falling into their trap.Also if joining would suggest to go for monthly payments than full year payment.
