“Public warning about this PG. I paid an advance of ₹10,000, but I did not take the room or move into the apartment. There were no written terms, conditions, or clauses stating that the advance was non-refundable. The owner has not returned the money. Every time I call him, he either cuts the call or does not respond. When I went to the PG to meet him in person, he was nowhere to be found. Please be careful before giving any advance payment here. Make sure you get proper written terms or receipts, otherwise you may face the same issue.”
