R K Coliving PG in Niladri Nagar is one of the worst PG experiences I have faced. The environment inside the PG is very disturbing and uncomfortable for students and working professionals. Many people regularly drink alcohol inside the PG, and the atmosphere feels more like a bar than a peaceful place to stay. Even the owner does not seem to control these activities properly and sometimes behaves casually about the situation instead of maintaining discipline and a professional environment. Because of this, there is constant noise, irritation, and disturbance during both day and night. People staying in the rooms often create nuisance after drinking, making it difficult for others to sleep, study, or work peacefully. The management is not strict about rules, cleanliness, or maintaining a respectful atmosphere for residents. Anyone searching for a safe, calm, and decent PG may feel highly disappointed after staying here. The food quality is also not satisfactory. Hygiene and taste are inconsistent, and maintenance of rooms and common areas needs major improvement. My experience at RK PG for Colive was completely disappointing and stressful. One of the biggest problems in this PG was the owner’s behaviour, which was very rude, careless, and unprofessional towards tenants. Instead of listening to residents’ concerns respectfully, the owner would often ignore complaints or respond in an impolite manner. Whenever issues related to room maintenance, water supply, electricity, cleanliness, Wi-Fi, or food quality were raised, there was no proper support or quick action taken. Tenants were expected to adjust to every inconvenience without receiving the facilities that were promised during joining. The rooms and common areas were not maintained properly, hygiene standards were poor, and the overall environment felt uncomfortable and unhealthy. Food quality was also below average, with repetitive meals and lack of cleanliness in preparation. Despite charging a high rent, the management failed to provide even basic comfort and peaceful living conditions. The atmosphere in the PG often felt mentally stressful because tenants were not treated with respect or understanding.
