Nice hotel at a very much affordable cost. Polite staff , very nice service. Tasty food , enjoyed my 1 day stay here. Review Date : Stayed on 01.05.2025 to 02.05.2025. My earlier review is totally reverse. No positive point in this hotel. They provide a very poor complimentary breakfast. The staff behaviour is very crude , they keep on songs, music and everything on their mobile phone and make huge noise. No respect for our requests. NEVER STAY AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL . WORST HOTEL , NO VALUE FOR THE MONEY.

Extremely Poor Experience – Unhygienic Rooms & Non-Functional AC I had a very disappointing stay at The Heritage. Initially, I was allotted Room 103. The bedsheets and pillow covers were clearly not changed. After informing reception, they replaced them. However, the AC did not cool the room even after waiting the entire day. In the evening, I complained again and was shifted to Room 105. Unfortunately, the same issues continued in Room 105 — dirty bedsheets and pillow covers again. After complaining, the room boy came and changed them. We waited around 15 minutes for the AC to cool, but it still did not work properly. We were then offered another room, but the problem persisted there as well. Finally, on the fourth attempt, we were given Room 113 where the AC was working relatively better — but yet again, the bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed. It is extremely disappointing that despite charging ₹2000 per night, the hotel fails to maintain basic hygiene standards. Clean bedsheets are a fundamental expectation in hospitality. This repeated negligence reflects poorly on the management and shows a serious lack of concern for guests. Overall, the experience was worse t

Once upon a time this was a good property but currently it is in very bad shape. The smell of the Naphthalene tablet is everywhere and the place needs a deep cleaning. Food is over priced and the taste is okish. Overall it was not a pleasant experience for us. For 3k, there are much better options at Kalburgi.

"I recently attended a grand inaugural ceremony at Heritage Inn, and overall, the event on the 2nd-floor rooftop was enjoyable. The venue and arrangements were impressive. However, towards the end, I observed some discrepancies with the billing and the conduct of the waitstaff. It appeared that certain expensive dishes were kept aside for the waiters themselves, which raised concerns about the integrity of the service. I recommend the management to look into this matter and ensure transparency in their operations. Despite this issue, the venue itself and the ceremony were commendable. I hope the management takes appropriate actions to maintain the positive aspects of their service."

This hotel looks good from outside and are located in a reasonably good location. But, inside, they need complete renovation. Be it painting inside the room, toilet feeting (specially shower) or AC..nothing works properly. The restaurant was another horror story, whereby we found it really difficult to complete our dinner. Forget the portion, the taste itself was not good at all. Not recommended.

Arrogant staff especially at the reception. It is too expensive from the online price. Selfish people.They are Betraying their customers. Suite only for two persons. Family of 4 cannot stay together. I mean a couple with 2 children. How would they stay in separate suites ? Or a wheelchaired person, how could he stay alone, at least two persons should be there to assist him. Still they did not cooperate at all.

Unpleasant experience despite putting forth special requests before and during check-in. Though the front desk staff is cordial and understanding, wonder if the requests pass down line. Cleanliness of rooms is another question. Personally would not like to come back for another stay.

Date 13.06.24 When charging for ac atleast could have fill the gas and make sure ac is working . Paid 2.3k as they said and still in hot at 12.17am also. Please look in to it by management and I don’t suggest officials who comes for stay After when i called one person came at 1.13 and doing this photo attaching
