They are not maintaining the registers properly. Usually, I work from home, and recently, my cousin and I paid an advance to book a room. However, due to a sudden condolence in my family, I requested a refund of the advance amount. Unfortunately, they had not provided any receipt for the payment. When we approached them, they started arguing. The manager claimed he was new and didn’t understand the rules, but I believe that any manager should be aware of basic procedures like issuing receipts. When we asked for one, he simply smiled and said it wasn’t necessary. As a result, I ended up losing ₹3,500. They keep giving excuses for their own benefit, and their lack of proper record-keeping and responsibility has caused me this financial loss.As it was very frustrating. So don't give the advance amount wherever you are residence for the PG.

One of the worst PGs I've stayed in. Poor food quality, frequent cockroach issues, and management rarely addresses complaints properly. The rooms have very poor ventilation, making the stay uncomfortable. The owner seems friendly at first but becomes unhelpful when concerns or deposit refunds are involved. Getting my security deposit back was a frustrating experience. There are much better PGs nearby with cleaner facilities, better food, and professional management. Would not recommend.
