Never go there... I stayed there around 3 months with my friends and we payed RS. 8000 as advance. When we vacate the room, we asked to get back the advance. But they didn't provide us... Behaved like street guys... Pathetic facilities and worse amenities... Don't go there.

I had stayed in this pg for around 1.5years . There are certain pros and cons . Pros : 1) The pg is very clean 2) Any complaints given will be rectified within a day or two. 3) The food is manageable. 4) Comparatively spacious when compared to other PG’s nearby. Cons: 1) The PG owner will rent your bed on per day basis without your knowledge when you are away from PG and when asked about it you will be just be convinced that they did not do . 2) I stayed here for 1.5yrs and there was a fluctuation of rent for nearly 4 times . For ex : Assume the newcomers are ready to pay 9k for 3 sharing then in next 6 months you can say clearly that would be your revised rent. 3) If somebody is coming to stay in your room inplace of your roomates cot when she is away on daily basis the caretaker would knock the door even if its morning 4 o clck which will disturb our sleep.

Safe for our expensive things.Good food But if you intimate regarding you vacating the pg they will show you the hell at end of the month . Wardens or maintenance persons are money minded persons especially "MOUNIKA" she was one of the maintenance person she talk like supportive person but she is not supportive at all they won't listen to our personal problems when it's late to vacate the pg.... don't trust or believe any maintenance person directly go and talk to PG aunty . If you go to your home town they will give your bed to temporary persons until you back. They only give the importance to the new persons who are willing to join the pg they won't bother about existing persons like who informed before 1 month. My suggestion is don't trust the maintenance person like "MOUNIKA" they won't be supportive. Owner Aunty only can understand your problem go to her directly.

Pg owner is very rude....she talks very recklessly ...And moreover doesn't provide facilities by time even if we ask for many times.....And maintenance is also very very bad.... cleaning is done only thrice in a week and that to very bad....for that they are taking 2000rs maintenance fee....and advance we have to pay one month advance....where no one will take like that ....and she behaves very rudely ....while you are vacating Pg...and she doesn't give your proper money back....I lost my 2k money....guys.... please be careful especially while you are vacating....
