Disappointing stay. The first room had a leaking vanity unit. It also had fungus deposits in the commode. Extremely uncomfortable bed, had body ache due to this. These people had laid a kind of protector on the spring bed and the protector isn't covering entire bed, also it is so saggy that one can get body ache. The second one didn't have hot water. Shower gel dispenser didn't work in either rooms. Cramped up and small rooms felt suffocating entire stay. Location is not convenient to visit places of attraction. It's in some industrial area, there is hardly anything that you will find once you step out. I went there to celebrate my son's second birthday, no gesture from the hotel to wish or make us feel special. While checkout we kept waiting for the luggage assistance for over ten minutes and we carried six bags and a toddler after losing patience. Not to the standards of Accor or comparable with the hospitality of Marriott or ITC. Never would want to visit this place.

I wish I could give zero stars, I'm here to write about the concern I had on New year 2026 celebration. I recommend none to come here for any such events as they can't handle crowd. 1. They had taken guests thrice more than the tables existing in the whole hotel. Due to this people had to wait literally an hour just to get a table. People were asking us to adjust on table of 4 for 6-7 people. Now, we after paying such hefty price, why should we adjust to include 6-7 people? Very very poor management here. 2. Starters was getting changed during every re-fill for vegetarians, and taste was diminishing. From panner, cheese rolls, spring roll they came down to French fries by 10:30 pm. So the premium food was served only till 1-2 hours from the start of party. 3. DJ/Singer were not there continuously throughout the program. 4. Party was delayed by literally an hour, shows the time management skills too. 5. Later they filled so many tables, we had no space to go to collect food from buffet. Due to heavy bookings for more money, they ended up booking 100 people where only 50 could peacefully fit. 6. Desserts literally got emptied by 10:30/11 pm. This kind of treatment would have been re

We booked 2 rooms for a one night stay at this property in Aug 2025. In terms of aesthetics and interiors , it is a good hotel however there are certain aspects for which my rating is this low for the property. 1. The hotel allows pets. Not just designated rooms but all rooms. This wasn't an aspect that I was made aware of specifically or expected. Hospitality industry needs to understand that not all people are comfortable with using the rooms where pets have stayed in. Specially if the rooms are carpeted there is no way to get the pet hair out, how much ever vacuuming is done. For a pet friendly hotel this aspect needs to be mentioned not just as a line in hotel policy but more prominently on booking websites as well as in their messages sent to the guest. To cut long story short, I woke up with red eyes and sneezing die to allergic reaction to pet hair. 2. Service and food at KA -16- looking at the Google reviews I had high hopes from this place. 15 minutes in the restaurant with 2 kids and no one attends or sets the table. Even after calling out the server , no one attends for another 5 minutes. This service standard is unacceptable from an international brand 4 star proper

Very disappointing Women’s Day brunch (8 March 2026) at ibis Hotels – Flamingo restaurant. At 1:30 PM, cleaning was still going on in the Veranda restaurant and guests were asked to move to Flamingo for the Sunday brunch. At the live station we ordered dosa, which was served with sambar, but coconut chutney was not ready. When we asked, the staff told us to wait as the chef was preparing it, but it was never served. Surprisingly, much of the food was not ready and whatever was available was cold, showing very poor planning and management. At the entrance, a live music stage with wires spread across the walkway made it unsafe for guests to enter. Inside the outdoor Flamingo restaurant, the food was kept completely open with flies sitting on it, which was extremely unhygienic. What was even more shocking was that staff were standing with rackets trying to kill flies near the food. This is absolutely unacceptable and not the level of hygiene or service one expects from a hotel like **ibis Hotels. Overall, very poorly managed brunch, lack of hygiene, and a terrible experience. Definitely not recommended. 😡

I was extremely disappointed with the way the front office team handled my stay. I booked the only Premier Room in the hotel, fully aware of the room category and the price. If I were not comfortable with the tariff or the responsibility that comes with it, I would not have made the booking. However, starting the very next day after booking, I began receiving repeated calls from the hotel staff asking: • Is the stay confirmed? • Are you aware this is the only Premier Room in the hotel? These calls continued almost every day, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable, as if I needed repeated validation for a booking that was already confirmed. The experience became worse at check-in. The front office staff accompanied us to the room and once again stated, “Sir, this is a Premier Room, please take care of it.” This was inappropriate and came across as condescending. Additionally, I had also booked a Superior Room for my children, yet that room was made available only around 4:00 PM, well beyond a reasonable check-in time. The hotel premises and facilities are well maintained, clean, and visually appealing. The rooms and common areas are good, and the property has the potential to offer a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the service was poor and lacked empathy. Despite arriving early with an infant, we were denied early check-in and were made to wait until 2:00 PM. No alternative arrangement or support was offered, which was especially inconvenient given we were traveling with a young child. Staff responsiveness overall was slow, and basic requests were not handled efficiently. While the infrastructure and facilities are commendable, the service quality does not match the standards of the property. Improved customer service and better handling of guests with infants would significantly enhance the experience.

Stayed at ibis Styles Mysuru on 23 Nov 2025. During our very first room-service meal, we found live worms in the tomato and cucumber served with a vegetarian burger. We were travelling with a young child and checked out immediately due to food-safety concerns. Hotel staff apologised and cancelled the stay, but there was no health follow-up or clear explanation of corrective actions taken after the incident. The matter was later escalated to Accor corporate, whose response focused on goodwill gestures rather than transparency around food-safety fixes. While deciding how to proceed, I also noticed a previous public review mentioning a similar food-related issue at this property, which further affected my confidence in the effectiveness of past corrective measures. Sharing this for awareness so other guests, especially families, can make an informed decision. Cheers!

Beds are not comfortable at all, it was too soft and too spongy, you never get sleep in that bed, breakfast is horrible, North Indian chefs cooking south Indian food without knowing south fish taste. Mysore masala dosa taste horrible in Mysore ibis.. swimming pool is not in usable condition

Had a really disappointing experience here. Everything has a secret hidden cost. Staff at the reception do not convey anything clearly. They are not transparent and dont tell you anything clearly. We had booked a cab service for a city tour from their hotel. There were 2 packages: 4hrs and 40km was 2500 plus taxes and the other was 8hrs and 80km which was 4000 plus taxes. We had clearly asked for the 8hr 80km packages and the driver explicitly told us we would be charged 4000 plus taxes. However on the time of payment, we were charged seperately, one for morning and the other for evening and we had to pay taxes twice. We paid nearly 1000 rupees as tax and neither the driver nor the receptionist took any action. Instead the told us we did not convey them properly. Attached are screenshots of how we were thugged. ( Also , we barely travelled 40km in total both morning and night included) No body took accountability and when we confronted, we were almost dismissed like we are a grain of sand in the desert who can do no harm to their huge franchise. This is the worst stay possible in Mysore, the staff there is not at all good or helpful, they are clueless about what they are doing, especially in the restaurant they have no coordination among themselves, even the in room dining is worst, the check in staff aren’t helpful either, there are better options I would recommend them, this is place is a disaster for sure, the only thing is rooms are well maintained and nice, their staff in KA 16 don’t even care if someone comes there I would say overall it’s a very bad experience.

The checkin was delayed an hour after the std checkin time of 2. Breakfast was a nightmare, the dishes were extremely underwhelming- nothing except dosa at live counter was good. Even the tea served without cookies - I mean what kind of accor property does that. Not recommending and not coming back.

I was staying with my father and he got this bug/insect in his food. He vomited after having food and the staff offered him lemon juice to feel better. That’s it! He is 70+ old, vegetarian and sensitive with food. If we are booking rooms in one of the renowned property we expect hospitality of the same range as well. We have heard the hotels kitchen are mess but not to this extent where in breakfast we eat insects.

Extremely poor room service. Food ordered through room service took over an hour with zero communication or accountability. Repeated attempts to contact the restaurant were ignored. This reflects a complete lack of basic hospitality standards. If a hotel cannot manage something as fundamental as room service, expectations elsewhere should be kept low. Would not recommend this place.

1. Check In delayed: stating room is being inspected nearly 10 mins though the team knows booking is confirmed 2. Suite room queen bed seems to be smaller than usual which made it uncomfortable 3. Housekeeping was not that great as cleaning wasn't upto mark, used towels stayed back, balcony wasn't cleaned, bathtub drain wasn't cleaned & shower refill wasn't done 4. Staff lack hospitality big time, they fail to ask the guest when they're expecting support and moreover not very knowledgeable in hospitality 5. Arrangement failed as proposed & provided in the Check In brochure on breakfast timings and very limited with poor option 6. Food: very very pathetic taste and over priced for the quality 7. Very poor front desk, even after calling twice to send the bell boy they don't even care to call back & say it'll be delayed hence we had to carry our own luggage during Check Out Overall a disappointing 3 day stay for the price charged which could have been lot better

Tried asking for a replacement for the sofa cum bed which literally makes u feel like u are sleeping on springs. They said they would do something and then did not respond. After paying well for a suite, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Would not visit again.

If you want to get disturbed in the middle of the night and sleep in a hot, heater-like room, check in to this hotel — because here the AC can be turned off anytime. My family and I suffered the entire night.
