Colive PG - One of the worst PG in Bangalore. One of the worst PG in Bangalore. I booked from Dubai. They shared me the pics and videos. After reached Colive i am shocked. They showed me fake pictures and videos. Reality of the rooms are worst, Bathrooms are not clean and dust everywhere. I paid Rs 12,000 rent but after one month they charged extra Rs 2400/- for electricity and water. I raised the ticket to move out month before. But till now they didnt pay my advance amount 12k. Just for two months they collected Rs 33,450/- from me. Food, Accommodation and maintenance all are worst. Simply they are cheating students and people. I sent a legal notice but till now no reply from them.

So, after 25 days of tussling with the Colive team and filing a complaint at the consumer court. They finally returned my money. Also, it is important to note that the salesperson (Mr. Chanda) who assisted me in doing the booking knew that room 328 was already occupied. He did not disclose the details and double-booked the room. All these problems could have been avoided if he was honest about the non-availability of the room. The customer service at Colive is the worst. Nobody responds to your queries. They do not reply back to your email. The customer care executive would not pick up your calls. Having said that, I cannot deny that the Community Manager of the Property was extremely helpful. He was the one who always responded to my calls and messages. He

I request you to not to join in that pg it's worst ever and the food is more worse then that PG no lift service but sill they charge, bed bugs are there also there is no guarantee that you will get your deposit amount back and I won't suggest this for our telugu people Damn trust me this is my honest review and I stayed there for 4 months. Only the thing is it's nearer to metro and rooms are bit spacious apart nothing,Unnecessarily they will charge extra expenses in the app andwhileo you are leaving you have to raise the notice period for raising that in app you should clear all those non incurred expense.Please don't join.

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. The room I was assigned, Room No. 328 (there was a murder in that room before my stay and it was not disclosed. Which I think is illeagal) it DID NOT HAVE A FUNCTIONING AC, which I specifically chose and paid a premium for. The place smells like cigarette smoke every other day and have seen multiple bottles of beer and other alcoholoc drinks lying around. There's also this weird smell I would get while in the washroom, I don't know what it was, but it smelled terrible, I used to hate to go the washroom for that exact reason, maybe from other rooms as all rooms' in a vertical line of every floor washrooms were connected to the same exhaust. Fights too broke out every month there, which severely disrupted my sleep and focus in my studies. Water supply was never stable and having hot water at the time that they mentioned was a blessing. Even the electricity was cut frequently as they wouldn't pay the Electricity Bill to BESCOM. The workers wouldn't clean as they weren't piad their already minimal salaries on time and just in the duration I stayed there (about 3 and a half months), the cleaning staff was changed 3 times. Very very worst pg you can ever stay from my experience i definitely won't recommend anyone to stay hear for sure there are other really good pg for the same price lot of hidden charges and very bad service from the whole team don't pay the deposit without having proper background check Kindly don't belive what the sales person says and it's my request don't waste your money. I recommend people who are coming to Bangalore for thehe first time just come and stay in lodge or hotel for 2-5 days and go and visit other pg directly and make a decision. Worst place for girls especially even for men it is not safe First thing Lift is not working which is in the package there are least bothered to rectify the lift Employees of colive 3rd grade people don't know how to speak to ladies and there clients They use singular words The property is not clean not safe it is too dusty. Half of the time water won't be available in the room Whenever it is available water quality is very bad Most of the time without lift u have to take basement entry they will lock the ground floor which is very unsafe as well And there is weird smell in the in the entire coridore and rooms All window balconies are occupied by pegions which looks very bad You won't get your deposit back after vacating They will never give your money back Initiallky while booking they will talk to you nicely and once booking is done the person who took your booking will vanish and somebody person will contact saying property manager Again after 2 month new property manager will come without notice and information And very bad property manager, who are very very rude. Whatever ticket you raise automatically it will get resolved without work being done And if you don't pay rent the

They talk very sweetly before you book but the service is horrendous. I know people who have suffered. The rooms are only decent that's it. No water, dinner is never on time. Power cuts are regular even though nearby buildings are lit. The guard told the bills are not paid on time. Out of 17k deposit they returned just 4k, inspite of all dues being cleared. They created some extra charges. And charged 5k electricity bill for a single room. They don't have individual meters. The salesman negotiate but later they say sorry that the salesman was saying false

I paid for double sharing and they gave me single sharing and told me to adjust for 10 days. In the room where i live rats and cockroaches move freely here and there. Even after 15 days, they are not assigning me the double sharing one and i am currently sharing my space with rats.

Please don't pay the booking here , It is a scam. 1. The agents contacting you only wants sale. So they will give wrong info and show wrong room . 2. They will say you have to pay the booking amount and then pay the rest amount only when chrcking in , the moment you pay the booking amount they will force you to pay the rent. 3. I have checked with tennats there and they say you will not get deposit event after proper notice. 4. Agents will say it's 3 month lock-in period ,but actually it's 6 months. Please don't fall into this scam!

My friends, please for the love of god... DONT. JOIN. THIS. SCAM OF A PG. If you want to loose all of your money, sure, go for it. The rooms might be big, but their scams are bigger :) 1. They'll tell you, 2 sharing is 9k... but what they don't tell you is electricity charge, wifi charge, water charges, and the list goes on. If its 9k, expect them to ask u 12k 2. There is a 3 months mandatory stay for a person entering in. So anyone exiting within a month or two, they'll be charged according with a penalty fee. Of course, they won't tell you this in beginning 3. There's no electricity backup. 4. There's no privacy. Everyone's given a master key in the name of a room key. Anyone can open the door unless and until it's latched. 5. If you like rats, you can say hi to them as they live rent free over there. Lucky bunch of rats... 6. But anyways, see... the place is bad... just don't go get into this scam of a place.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you want to make your life a living hell then please go ahead. They take deposit from you and claim that you will receive it back once you leave it's all bullshit. You will never get your money back infact they will start sending you mail and they will ask for amount like 50K. They will also give you a threat of sending you legal notice. Stay is worts. There is no water, no electricity and the food is so bad that even dogs won't have it. They also send men late at night at your room for checking even when you are just sleeping. They will also check your room when you are not there so your safety is no where. All the 5 star review you are seeing in review section is fake they do it themselves to improve their ratings. On top of all they increase their rent every month. If you try to contact any sales person they will not attend your call. The customer care service is worst of all. They will only take your call when you are not staying there once you move on everyone will block you. I am not the only one who has this experience I can share minimum of 50 number who has faced the same issue.

I had a terrible experience at Colive PG in Bangalore. To start with, this place is a complete scam. They promise high-quality amenities and comfortable living spaces, but the reality is far from it. The food they provide is terrible – often stale and lacking in variety. You can forget about having a decent meal here. The rooms are another disaster. They are poorly maintained, dirty, and far smaller than advertised. The management is unresponsive and unprofessional, ignoring complaints and doing little to address the issues. Basic facilities like Wi-Fi and hot water are unreliable at best. Overall, I regret choosing Colive PG and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Save your money and your sanity – avoid Colive PG at all costs.
