“Guys don't ever fall with those reviews those all were fake. The Owner is cunning Guy when you are vacate he don't even give you the deposit money. And there is a power cut issue over there. The owner don't even generator for more than 1hr. All these i found on this pg bcuz I lived here around 5 months. The owner is looks innocent but cunning thought he has. Hope you understand. thank You. Summary -> He will not return the deposit money -> he didn't power on generator for more than 1 hr. -> Food is Managable that's it. not that much. -> Owner looks Innocent with cunning thoughts.”

“I stayed in this PG for almost 1.5 years. Initially, when the new owner took over, the service was decent. However, over time, the quality has significantly deteriorated, especially in terms of food and maintenance. Food Quality: The food served is of very poor quality and often not sufficient for all residents. Those working night shifts face a major issue—by the time they wake up around noon, lunch is usually finished by 2 PM because it's prepared in limited quantity. Maintenance: The owner is very irresponsible when it comes to maintenance. Issues like washroom geysers take weeks to be resolved, despite repeated complaints. WiFi & Power Issues: At the end of each month, the WiFi stops working as the recharge isn't done until the next day. During power cuts, the generator is rarely kept on for more than an hour. Room Management: Due to the poor service, many roommates keep changing. Almost every month, a new person is added to the room, which affects comfort and stability. Facilities: The washing machine is either not working properly or not maintained well. Overall, there are a lot of problems that make the stay very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this PG if you're looking f”
