Stayed here for a few months—strongly not recommended. Food is consistently poor: bland, unhygienic, and not worth it. Water is undrinkable—looks and tastes like it's from decades-old pipes, unsafe even after filtering. Maintenance is just okay, but the lift breaks down most days, forcing stairs in a tall building. Avoid unless desperate; basic hygiene standards are lacking.

PG owner is a very good and welcoming person. I have stayed here for 3 months and found no issues at all. Food provided by them is very good and better as compared to local mess or canteens. PG has lift, parking, electricity backup, wifi, fridge, washing machine, tv facilities. Usually one month rent is taken as a refundable deposit of which ₹1000/- would be deducted in the end while vacating the room towards maintenance charges. Only concern i had is the area it is located in, it seems like an area of mosquito breeding ( not intense ). The area is poorly developed in terms of street lights and road quality. BIG ADVANTAGE - It is located almost within 400-500 meters to the JP MORGAN office and has bus stop just as you reach the main outer ring Road. So transport ( with respect to BMTC ) would not be a problem.

Nice pg as compared to many other pgs in closet. Furnished rooms and also has a option of single sharing along with double sharing, the rooms are spacious.It has washing machine on every floor .

About Rooms: two type of rooms: 1) for single person: room size: approx 6foot X 10foot has 1 bed 1 almirah 1 wall fan and 1 CFL bulb 1 small table ( 1foot X 2 foot ) 2) for two persons room size: approx 8foot X 10foot has 2 beds 2 almirah 1 small table ( 1foot X 2 foot ) 1 ceiling fan, 1cfl bulb and 1 tubelight One single and one shared room have a common hall ( with a sofa and a table) and common [washroom with attached bathroom] Wifi with 12mbps (1.5 MBps) speed. Fully automatic washing machine on each floor Homemade food ( breakfast + lunch + dinner ) RO water at ground floor only Lift available Parking available for 2 wheelers (not.sure about four wheeler) Liquor allowed here

I had rented a single sharing room which cost me 11000 every month. It included food ( Breakfast - Dinner for week days. Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner on weekends. ), room, small cupboard, cleaning, WiFi, Washing machine, Refrigerator, TV, etc ( some things I might be missing out on ). Pretty decent place to live. It is a one big building of 6 floors. On each floor there are 5 small studio apartments, except for 6th floor. In one apartment there are 2 rooms ( Could be 1, 2, 3 sharing ). At the most you have to share your bathroom with one another room. The bathrooms are pretty clean for PG standards. The family that owns the PG lives on the ground floor. So in case of any problem you can approach them any time. There is no hassle for rent if you are late for any genuine reason. If you are late for any meals and the food is almost over, they offer to make fresh food for you. There is also generator back up. However WiFi speed is an issue.
