“I stayed in this PG for a year, during which the owner promised a ₹2000 refund upon vacating. After I left, she started giving excuses about rising water tanker prices and mentioned that she didn’t raise my rent as a goodwill gesture. However, this was never communicated to me beforehand. The owner has been very rude and unresponsive to my messages, displaying a lack of professionalism and ethics. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this PG to others. The cleanliness was also a big problem and no actions were taken against that”

“Only good thing about this pg is ventilation Wifi speed is 8-9mbps, Food is worst, no hygiene, bad quality rice. Washrooms are dirty, one sided wardrobe If you complain about anything the owner says only you have the problem whereas everyone faces the issue. Owner is sweet talking until you join and then she will make u to change multiples rooms”
