“Very very bad experience. I have called in advance to confirm, that will they allow my cat. And when I called that time he said - yes mam please come cat is ok. Latter when I reached after traveling so far he said they don't allow pet. I said I have already asked and paid the entire amount from yatra.com but no help from them. In website it's shows that we have completed the trip. But in reality he denied to give room. All the time and money waist. Its happened at night time, After a long time searching a pet friendly hotel nearby, finally found one resort.”

Madhu K N★★★★★I booked a suite room during my visit to Hassan, and the experience was terrible. As soon as we checked in, the room had an unbearable stench with no proper ventilation. There were also seepage marks and dampness all over the walls, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price — I expected much better maintenance and hygiene standards. ROOMS ARE FINE. It can be cleaner, especially the bedsheets and pillows. Otherwise bathrooms are good and very clean. SERVICE IS GOOD. Nothing to complain about. Please don't order food from here, especially non-vegetarian. I

Then, we booked a four-person room and two double rooms for our eight people, but the receptionist refused breakfast for two of us, like we were trying to cheat him. And to top it all off, the bed bugs kept us up all night!

If it was not for him we would have loved our stay here. One star just for the room service and security guys. Excellent people! BEWARE OF FOLLOWING THINGS 1. Not everyone in your room will get complimentary breakfast. Depends on fine print . Age of kid, have u taken extra bed, etc etc 2. The breakfast is outsourced by both suvarna and treebo. So the breakfast coupons need to be taken from front desk 3. Front desk will call you and tell u to share a plate with kids by giving coupons only to adults 4. They get into a fight with breakfast guy and customers for 140₹ breakfast 5. Breakfast is in an under construction terrace

Prajwol Thapa★★★★★The restaurant used be one of the best in the area few years ago but now it's turned into one of the worst. Once you enter the non-veg restaurant, especially the AC lounge, they dont attend you for atleast 15-20 minutes, that is how long the waiter takes to bring a menu card. Once they do, they have nothing available, they force you to eat what they have cooked already but not what you want. The hotel waiters are very impatient and are always in a hurry to leave. They don't even listen to the orders properly. Even they do not have the decency to talk to customers properly. The staffs show very rude behaviour and talk to customers like they are doing favours on you. Overall the place is worst in everyway, poor lighting in the AC lounge, bad customer service, worst staffs. Food is somewhat good to be honest or used to be but better find another place to eat considering there are many options within 2km radius far more better that this restaurant.

Dont ever take rooms in this damn hotel .Not kids friendly atmosphere.Most of the doors are not able to lock. The ac are not in working comdition . If you need good and peaceful stay look other hotels for your saftey . Due to my experiences i wont prefer this hotel anymore

AC not in working condition. 2) Hot water mixer not working. 3) Bath soap and drinking water is not provided here *4)* Attendant avoid intercom call as if it is network call. He just say hello hello as if he can't hear. He could not solve the problem of hot water mixer in room no. 306 & 307 by providing a bucket of hot water or a key of empty room. We have to use cold water for bath. It was bad experience. So I would suggest that not to select this hotel for stay in Hassan, Karnataka.

Komala N.A.★★★★★Dear Suvarna Management, Since long Suvarna Hotel was our regular choice for stay. But my recent two stays have been really disappointing, specially the one on 22nd Nov 23. Inspite of a phone call reservation, the front office guy took a long time to finish the booking procedure. Was not at all courteous and asked my phone number 5 times. Gave me a triple occupancy room when I asked double, had to go down again and get it changed. The flush of the commode wasn't working. We had to fill the bucket and pour water. The wardrobe was very dusty. They were polishing the lobby area with utter disregard for the hotel guests. There was slushy water everywhere. All the hospitality rules were thrown into the air. No apologies, no greetings. It seems like they are not bothered about guests. I don't think I will ever choose this place again. Komala

Rahul Ravindra★★★★★Though they have clean rooms the service quality and the courteousness of the staff including the manager is hopeless. Highly unprofessional with no set working model. The food quality at their restaurant is bad and with very limited seating, and so is their car parking insufficient. By personal experience though promised a 24Hrs check in check out, I was forced to vacate the room stating that 24Hrs wasn't applicable as I had checked in post 12PM (A rule I have unheard of before in any hotel). Also the staff failed to provide with complimentary breakfast coupon which is a part of the room tariff. The toiletries provided are substandard and the claimed fresh towels was always wet in spite of complaining to the manager.
