My month-long stay here was a massive disappointment, and the glowing reviews online couldn't be further from the truth. From the day I arrived, problems piled up: ⏩Bait and switch: Despite paying for a permanent room, I was initially given a temporary one already occupied by another guest! ⏩Billing nightmare: Getting a receipt took constant begging, and even then, it wasn't accurate. ⏩Security concerns: My "permanent" room turned out to be a poorly locked shared space with only one key for two people. An unlocked tiny almirah only added to my anxiety about valuables. ⏩Uncomfortable stay: Cleaning happened every two days, maintenance was rare, and there was no hot water in the room. Laundry was a hassle thanks to malfunctioning washing machines downstairs and drying space at 6th flo ⏩Food was awful: Their "gourmet" claims were apart from that no power backup up ⏩Missing essentials: This place wasn't "fully furnished" by any stretch of the imagination. Prospective tenants, beware! This PG is not worth the hassle or your money. Look elsewhere before you get stuck in this frustrating mess.

Very bad PG, owner is rude , my washroom flush was not working for 3 days didn't shifted my room, and when I left hostel within 30 days, took 3k extra from me and didn't refunded my security. Update: Shameless PG owner is giving justification of stealing money from people. Don't book PG here you will regret here. Shameless father-son duo looting people. My roommate also experienced same.

cockroach in kitchen Unhealthy food No hot water for drinking Broken washing machine, it will make your clothes dirty and after 4-5 wash the clothes will get destroyed More than 60*3 (180) use 1 Washing machine Very basic water filter (water sometimes dirty) No power back up (they will say they have but it's all a lie) Small rooms for 8k (very small) The Rowdy owner only wants money and won't return your advance money Hot water usage restrictions till 10 morning only They will give a very small 4 piece of chicken in the name of non veg food. No security, the owner will be out the majority of the time. Anyone can enter anytime in PG. No parking space (very small pace which is always full , I had to park my bike outside) Just don't waste your parents money or your hard earned money by choosing these PGs. A lot of reviews about this PG are paid reviews as well (keep this in mind) , don't fall for fake paid reviews. UPDATE : The shameless owner replied that i had drinking problem and drug addict but i have not even touched a cigarette. I was in 3 sharing and not 4 sharing that too with my own cousin brothers (no complain by any one). Lastly I was having night shift job but he has lied

I have been in the pg from last 6 years but never seen owner like him,owner is not good at all but his son is good. From CC camera owner watches who is eating how much snd how much time is he eating. If we ask for tv remote he will say on the face only u wont go from here while eating the food. Room cleaning is good and food also good. But the behaviour of the owner is not good.

This is my whole experience - Initial stay - I stayed for around three months. My booking date was for 5th May'2023. The room which was shown to me was supposed to be vacated and cleaned before that. But it was not vacated by the old tenant until 15th May'2023. I had to share room for around 10 days with the old tenant and the experience was very bad. He was very noisy and unhygienic. PG owner initially promised to shift him to a different room but didn't. After much complaining, owner agreed to take double room charge for 10 days but room was not cleaned till long after that. Bathroom fittings didn't work properly and there was no hot water. After complaining for around a month, owner just adjusted it somewhat (not fixed). Food - Food was Ok. Not so good but not so bad either. Rotis used to be rubber tight. Moving out - PG owner created too much trouble during me moving out. During joining, he informed me that Rs. 3000 security needs to be paid and if I inform before 15 days of leaving then Rs. 1500/- will be refunded, otherwise not. I informed two days before leaving so entire Rs. 3000/- is for him to keep. But he and his office menials started behaving inappropriately with me

Firstly if you coming to stay here then two things keep in your mind they will charge 3000 as a advance which is nothing about that and 1500 will be refunded but after you make the vacant they will never ever give you the refunded amount me and my roommate we together make our two sharing room vacant we continue requesting them for the refund but only one thing we hear today will make it tomorrow will make the refund we have make so much of request as we are in our hometown we are helpless for that and they got that thing as a advantage and secondly food worst food i have ever got in my pg journey i been to many city in india and staying in many different pg but never ever got this type ot worst food ever......

Frauds! The owners reveal their real colours after you've emptied the room and they owe you the security deposit. Didn't give my security deposit on time, and were so disrespectful and gave baseless threats when I asked for it. Later gave but not the complete amount. They don't know the P of Professionalism. Bunch of cheats, the father and his son!

It's one of the worst PGs in Garvebhavipalya. They will ask for high advance amount of 3k . But they will not return any amount after vacating. Food is too worst. There will be a lot of baking soda in dishes. The owner tells the cooks to add more baking soda so that boarders will eat less. No proper beeruvas, no proper water for bathing, many issues in toilet. Owner will not show any concern for any problem. The sewage water leaks from the pipe and it falls on people and some times on food also in dining area. No power back up. But rent is too high. Even no security at all. Many strangers will come to the PG at night. One major incident is the LPG gas was getting leaked. One of the boarders told the owner but he didn't care at all.

Decent accomodation and clean rooms with in the budget Good wifi Every day cleaning Near to main road The management is responsive and approachable. Any issues I faced, whether minor repairs or concerns, were addressed promptly. The owner is polite and maintains a good relationship with the tenants, making sure everyone feels comfortable.
