The food served here rarely resembles what’s advertised in the images. In reality, it is the same repetitive dal and chawal almost every single day. Occasionally, a chicken dish is added, but it typically amounts to just two small pieces that are mostly bones. Eggs are also served once in a while, but only one per person, which is frankly underwhelming and poorly managed. The gym is equally disappointing. Equipment is crammed together with no proper spacing, making it difficult to use the facility effectively. At best, you can manage a few basic dumbbell exercises, but overall it is far from a usable or well maintained fitness area. As for Mr. Riyaz, his conduct is extremely unprofessional. He frequently uses abusive language and can often be heard shouting at staff in a way that is genuinely disturbing. Staff turnover is also alarmingly high. I have seen more employees leave or quit under his management in a short span than is normal for any well run establishment. This speaks volumes about the working environment. Additionally, there are also incidents where he uses residents’ rooms when they are away, which raises serious questions about privacy and management standards.

The facility offers adequate security and 24-hour power backup, ensuring and comfortable environment. Riyaz Ji(The GOAT), the warden, is exceptionally helpful and treats every resident friendly, quickly resolving any issues. You can choose this PG without a second thought for a truly hassle-free living experience.

My three years at Pod 52 Boys PG have been great. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily, and the food is decent. The PG offers a well-equipped gym and a canteen where students can eat and spend time together. Riyaz uncle (the Warden) is extremely supportive, ensuring all issues are taken care of swiftly. With a peaceful location, nearby essentials, and reliable power backup, I highly recommend this PG.

Great pg with good rooms and food options.. stayed here for three years straight and had an amazing stay through out my tenure.. with proper security guard, 24hr power backup with exceptional help from Riyaz ji ( PG warden) for any problem you have been beside you he treats each and everyone like his own son and helps you for any type of problem until he is there you will not have any problem in this pg for sure, various pgs are there but this type of flat system rooms are only available in this Pg providing.. you can opt for this Pg without any second thought..
