The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, our initial experience was positive. So we booked 2 rooms, one for us and the other for our friends. However, we faced a disappointing situation when we had to cancel due to an unfortunate death in our friend’s family. Despite informing the hotel and requesting a refund under these circumstances, they remained inflexible. While we understand policies, a bit of empathy in such situations would have been appreciated. This experience left us feeling unheard and let down.

Tent Stay Disappointment My recent stay at this hotel was a far cry from the relaxing getaway I had hoped for. While the price was appealing, the numerous issues we encountered made it an experience I wouldn't recommend. We stayed in one of their tent accommodations, and unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major concern. The bed was not clean upon arrival, which was a very unpleasant start. The bathroom situation was equally disappointing. There was no hot water, a significant inconvenience. Even more concerning was the lack of basic amenities. We were provided with only one cup and one bucket for two people to share between two bathrooms and two toilets. This was unhygienic and simply unacceptable. Mosquitoes were a constant nuisance, making it difficult to relax inside the tent. Communication was also a barrier. The staff primarily spoke a language we didn't understand (and seemed unable to understand basic English or Hindi), making it challenging to address our concerns. Adding to the discomfort, the lighting in the tent and surrounding area was inadequate, making it difficult to move around safely at night. Horrible Experience - Misleading, Poor Service, and Rude Management I stayed at this hotel recently, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner who was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making the check-in process uncomfortable. The property itself was poorly maintained – the rooms were dirty, and the amenities were either broken or outdated. The most disappointing part was how misleading the photos on the website were. The pictures were clearly taken years ago, as they did not represent the actual condition of the property. The so-called "cleaning" was non-existent, and the room had dust, stains, and unpleasant odors. When I approached the owner with my concerns, they were dismissive and unapologetic. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

We booked 2 rooms (one for us and one for our friends )and an hour later, we got to know that the friends we were supposed to travel with, had a tragedy with their family member (family member passed away). So the trip was cancelled and we tried to cancel the booking but this hotel refused to refund. I mean, is this how people are supposed to do business? Very heartless people. They may seem to be open and welcoming. But they are not kind at all. I mean, this is how hotel owners do business in hampi.

Dirty and hot cottage. No ac. So many insects inside the room and dining area. Dining tables and sitting areas dirty too. Very Poor food quality. No taste at all. Quantity and quality both poor. No light outside the cottage given to us. We had to use phone camera at night to reach our cottage. Shower force very poor. No hot water. Location very far from Hampi. Nothing much to do near this place.

Service is very poor, new property but poor construction, leakages in bathrooms, water supply stops any time. No geyser in the room, only 1 common gas geyser, you have to fill the bucket yourself and carry to your room. Room rent is also high. Food service is very poor. Tea and coffee price is very high (50 and 60) and quality is bad.

Dear tourists, I hope you enjoy Hampi. However, try to steer away from this guesthouse. After our bad experience here, the owner twin brothers categorically told us that they do not care much about Google reviews and that so far, they've had their direct contacts stay there by directly calling them. Now I realized that we were duped by seeing previous reviews that were written by their friends.
