This PG is a total fraud. I vacated and have been demanding my security deposit, but the owner and warden are shamelessly ignoring calls. Their behavior is rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Once you give them money, forget about getting it back. They trap students with false promises and then vanish when it comes to responsibility.

The most worst pg I have ever seen , if you pay advance 5500 to them forget about the money.... They will not pay you back.....Both owner and manager are fraud... Their behaviour is not good...talk rudely.... No proper maintenance..... They don't have any kind of rules that - we have to inform 1 month before we vacate...... Manager also don't tell me about this information.... So how could I know.... Still I informed 10 days ago ... Still they don't give security deposit back and when I request owner about giving advance rent back, he started abusing me. Near Ramaiah there are many good pg , but don't go to this pg... They are fraud,the owner name is yousaf.... The most disgusting owner i have ever seen..... My recommendation don't go to this pg.

Forget your deposit if you ever pay them in advance. The receptionist seemed like a good person but the owner seems morally compromised. If anyone does a diligent financial audit, I believe this establishment would be in big trouble.

The rooms are Ok. Hot water is rarely available. The manager here is very rude and he demands you to stay there for more days if you try to vacate he will not give back your security deposit and uses a very bad language. We had a very bad experience staying at this PG. Don't get fooled by some positive reviews they are made by the manager to lure guests. This is the worst PG with the worst manager I ever lived in. He is always drunk and sometimes behave like a gay.

Bad experience happened to me at morning I had entered pg enterence I didn't seen room but the guy said to pay 10000 advance as well as rent but my college shifted to another place but the guy returned me only 5000 rupees today it's my bad day I think owner is good

You will regret once you book your room there. They didn't allow you to go out and in after 11 PM. Lock the main gate even if you have urgent work. Switched off their cell phone and never gonna hear your voice even if you shout in front of main gate. Didnt allow your friends in the PG and look at them like they are criminals. Moreover this not at night even in morning they open the gate at 6 and if you wanna go to gym or walk early than only God can help you. They can unlock your room even if you are not there and checkout your stuff in drawers .

Pg is not good,they suddenly increased the rent by 1000 .that is totally inappropriate.and proper parking space is also not there.i recommend u not to take this pg if u r willing to live in a good surrounding. WiFi doesn't works properly
