Sharing personal experience at this place, it will seem like a proper organisation but dont expect a good quality. there are so many issues with this place, 1) They charge electricity bill sepperate from our monthly rent. i took a single room and it costed 600-800 rupees a month. which waas surprisingly very high cause i din even use iron box or kettles. An entire flat with all kitchen appliances and ect will also get such same amount of electricity bill. Its a total scam over here. 2) Food, they are very repetitive and very average in taste. Had a bad experience too when they served spolit food and refused to do anything about it for that night. 3) As its a student house they have one year contract. That is, if you start your stay from June month of the year(academic year starts), you should stay till next june. which means April and May(Holidays), you will have to pay the rent. And the rent for last two months is collected as deposit amount and we will be having no other choice but just loose the money for april may month rent. if anyone wishes to keep the bed even during holidays and then come back then its not an issue. but without using electricity, consuming food, no clean

Zolo Altair is a safe, clean, and well-managed PG—perfect for students at Christ University Kengeri. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is helpful. Food is decent and the place has great facilities like a gym, laundry. I’ve felt completely safe here, and it really feels like a second home. Highly recommended!
