Rooms are good, cleaning is very good, location is good, internet is worst. Staff is very bad 👎 they don't know how to talk, will never return your deposit(security money) until you fought for it. At the time of checkin they will take deposit but at time of checkout they will say will give deposit after 4-5 days(that is a trap). If you insist then will put false allegations. Only consider if not find any nearby good pg to stay.

Pathetic room, Lack basic amenities. Irresponsible handling by owner and don't expect your security back. Would come up with absurd reasons. Never ever make the mistake to take room here. Most of the 5 stars are given by their own people. They are a group. Pg will look good as it's newly created, but I assure you the management is worst and people are here only to rip you apart financially especially during Covid.

Trust me !!! Don't waste your time I called him 2 times before a week to ask the manager about the room availability. He said there are rooms available. Then then day I came to visit the PG. I called him 1 hour prior. He said you can visit the room. Then I came to visit and No one was there in the reception. I called and he said "no rooms are available I only said you can visit the PG" WHAT KIND OF BEHAVIOUR IS THIS. NOW I AM SURE THE REVIEWS ABOUT NOT GIVING DEPOSIT BACK ARE TRUE AND THESE GUYS ARE JUST UNPROFESSIONAL.

The PG's management is one of the worst, I've ever encountered. The management is ignorant, impolite, obstinate and even racist to an extent. They don't care for the resident and all they care about is the money we pay them. The upkeep is lousy at best and maintenance is hardly ever done. I'm planning to move as soon as I can would not recommend living here even if they pay you to.

Rooms are Okay but the management is the worst I have ever dealt with. In starting he would be very polite but after you deposit security. Then God knows what happens. No one would hear your problems after you pay and would be stuck here. Never come to this place.

Don't expect to get your maintenance deposit money back at all. The owner will cry over it calling it a very meagre amount of money and he requires it to support his family and what not and will never return the money back to you.
