Absolutely Worst PG – Total Scam This PG is a complete fraud. Once you pay the deposit, forget about getting it back. They take one month’s rent as deposit and then deliberately refuse to return it, making endless excuses. On top of that, they illegally deduct ₹1,500 without any notice or explanation. Rooms are in pathetic condition. Not painted, poorly maintained, and highly overpriced. No TV provided. Even the single room is a joke — it has a common door with another room, so you constantly hear noise from the next room. Zero privacy. Severe safety risk: Electrical wiring is damp and soaked with water, literally waiting for an accident to happen. Multiple complaints were raised, and they completely ignored them. They don’t care about tenant safety — they only care about rent. If rent is delayed, they will harass you daily with messages and calls. Food -. Lunch not good, overloaded with spices, same menue every week. The kitchen is on the ground floor and rats/mice roam freely at night. Basic hygiene standards are nonexistent. Management is the worst part. No real owner — the owner is invisible like “Mr. India.” Multiple people act as managers, behave like owners. There is no

I wanted to rate even lower, these people are literal thieves and won’t return your security deposit even with valid whatsapp intimation that too a month before they only accept cash as rent from second month onwards and will charge extra if you want to use Upi. These people threaten you with FIR and will harass you if you post bad reviews. I’m still struggling with all of their calls. I used to live there and I also recommended some of my friends but now I regret it. Rooms are small, dirty, only good thing is dinner is good for 4-5 times a week. Breakfast is okay for 2-3 times a week, that’s it. Nothing else is good about their accommodations. Wifi is really bad with year 1990’s internet speeds. Even their washing machines are from 1980’s. There are more cockroaches than humans in rooms, extremely filthy, dirty, small rooms.

Been Staying there for an year. Good PG comparing overall experience. I will illustrate current scenario of these PG comparing before when Krishna was the warden there Now the PG management is so bad one bald guy i think is the warden now. Hospitality to a customer is a biggest concern.As a person who have been staying there for an year The current management team side lacks in hospitality which was kind of like, not at all a good experience i had at the time of Vacating.One Bald fatty guy sitting in office(Current Warden i suppose) is just doing show off other than treating customers politely and comfortably. Old Warden(Krishna) had all best qualities comparing him. And i suppose these issue is very well slowly affecting the top notch quality it had comparing before. Vacating Experience: After i already packed my luggages went to return keys and asked for caution deposit where he(bald guy) forced me to bring all my luggages down for getting deposit amount.[felt like a throw off]. But still i can agree it can be a management rule. After bringing back my luggages,the bald fatty guy again redirected me along with one of the office guy to check the rooms for any damages caused.

👎👎👎Eventhough after several oral and written requests the advance amount is still not refunded by the management. Insisting to occupy the PG by paying another Rs 2000 for maintenance. Looting the money. REFUND POLICY IS VERY EMBARASSING. Wants us to put very good reviews in website. Without occupying the PG my full advance amount has not been refunded. It's a caution. As mentioned in mails and telephone that it is not possible to occupy the accommodation due to family constraints. Hence opted out. But u r forcing to occupy. Should we travel from that place to work. I don't understand your logic of policy as though your PG policy is a gazette notification and rule cannot be amended. If not interested we r asking the refund of money which we have paid. You are telling policy and swallowing the full amount. Actual rule is refund to be done after deducting the damages cost of 2-5 percent. This type of policy I haven't come across. Very bad.CHEATERS Took advance before one week of alloting room. Without occupying/checkin also did not refund full amount of Rs 18000. They will tell it is rule in the app which they download and give and immediately ask to accept the T&C. Nowher

Waste PG ever, stayed with my 3 friends for more than 8 months. The wifi sucks and you are not allowed to keep your own wifi also, there is no parking for bike ,if you are parking your bike outside it gets damage by the tankers due to less space, the manager and krishna will not allow you to keep bike cover downstairs, no co-opration is there, also the food quality degraded day by day. Also the food items reduced .it was same as 7500/- rs PG for 2 sharing, the room is too small. If you are looking for this PG then ping me for any queries.

Photos given on google. Im stayed for 4 days here. had free breakfast for one day got sick and stopped eating there. un-hygiene kitchen, uncleaned place, smelly room, staff's must learn how to speak with customers. very rude voice. its not good for hostel. Must send hostel staff to other hostel to learn how to speak. also i seen some rat's on the bed. i will not recommend this place to anyone because of un- hygiene. im book here because my friend was here. other wise i will be in other place. i stayed more than 20+ hostel in india not seen like this. Please clean kitchen, Common area and bathroom everyday

I had called the owner, and asked if there any rooms free and the guy on the other side said “yes”. And when asked if I need to register, all he said was “no”.But when I came here and spoke with the receptionist, he said that “there are no rooms available “. I had come from 300kms away and this city is a new place to me. This is unprofessional. I didn’t expect this from this PG.
