Place is hell it's very dirty. No maid wants to work there because of very minimum wage issue. And it's very crowded for 8 girls to live in two bhk and 1 kitchen. Also very strict with timing, when u are coming in and when you are going out. Don't expect the owner will return your deposit.

Unprofessional and rude behaviour They might be good at serving PG, but I called to enquire the rent details for my sister only to get insulted and rudely replied by whomever answered saying I only talk to females I won’t give details to a male despite asking the details on behalf of sister or mother.. !? That’s kinda messed up, owner please take care

It's a female paying guest house. It is good but the owner troubles u a lot. He creates so much ruckus and makes most of the days start with some unnecessary tensions. Even if you want a small help from him, he will not be in a position to give helping hand. In contemporary world, I don't feel owners are like this. A great change required. Pros: Close to Bagmane Tech Park. Self cooking Facility, kitchen with gas stove. Descent sized rooms and bathrooms. Secured. Cons: No washing machine. Maid is not consistent. Sometimes no maid for weeks and months. Extra charges for wifi. No hot water access is restricted. Cooking after 10 pm is discouraged. No non-veg food allowed. Gate closes sharp at 9 pm.

Being a person who never stayed away from family during school/college, I found the PG very convenient, safe & secure during my 3 yrs of stay. My family was also so satisfied with the generosity of the owners and did not have a fear on my safety due to the IN/OUT timings that was followed in the PG. The PG had a regular maid who came everyday including weekends/holidays & the PG was very clean and neat. PG is at a good walk-able distance from the bus stops, grocery stores and the tech park nearby & the rent per month was also meaningful. And not even a single day I encountered problems with electricity, water supply, TV, gas connection, geysers, etc, that made my stay very comfortable as my home stay each day, after a stressful work at office. The owner was also constantly providing facilities for us - in just 3 yrs of my stay, he replaced older refrigerator with a newer & bigger one, got an instant water heater in addition to the already available solar heater & geyser, made kitchen cupboard separately for all of us and many other essential items. Girls with whom I stayed were also genuine & self-cooking was not at all a hard thing for us and we still have good contacts after

I stayed here for 2 years, and it was a great experience. It’s a comfortable place, just a 10-minute walk from the Bagmane Tech Park back gate. We need to cook our own food, but a gas stove is provided, and there are separate kitchens for the ground floor and 2nd floor. A maid comes regularly for cleaning. There are no water issues, as both borewell and corporate water are available. Electricity backup is also available. Overall, it’s a great place to stay—it really feels like home. The owner is very polite, responds quickly to any issues, and is very supportive.

The owner of the PG is really good. Nice in talking. The place is good too however it is expensive when comes to facilities. Sharing washroom is a thing which I didn't like and for small rooms they are charging good money but since this is in walking distance to bagmane tech park so it's a plus time. Definitely visit the place.

This PG is very safe for working womens and have to mention that it is very well maintained. Situated right beside Bagmane Tech park, allowing you to commute to work by walk itself. I was really happy with the stay and the prompt response i receive from the owner. Highly recommend this PG to other women out there searching for it. It has 2 kitchens where you can cook your food. Electricity mostly no separate bill and interestingly we have motion sensor lights which is very helpful. Hot water with solar panel is also available fully. This pg is overall safe for women and most importantly it is very well maintained. We hace daily cleaning of the pg and bathrooms regularly which keeps the place prim and proper. Deposit amount was also refunded on time after I vacated So highly recommend this pg for stay
