The property was fine. The warmth and hospitality we usually get with home-stays were terribly missing. Stay was collaborated with a convention centre there with a okiesh suites which was not that satisfied for the amount what we have paid. No bath towels or any toiletry needs were given in the rooms. The hosts were very loud with their responses or rather by their gestures, which made our stay feel uncomfortable. The food what they have served was good. Don’t expect anything big and go there. I hope they can do better or skip from this business.

The owner and staff are very rude. The owner behaves like a king. There was a sugar patient with us who went as a group. When I told him that he wants to have breakfast at 8 am, the owner said that he will not give food unless everyone in the group comes. Everyone came ready at 8.30 and stood in a queue until 9 o'clock to get food. We have to pay 2500 rupees to get food from the queue like beggars. After paying additional money for the camp fire, when the program was half over, the owner took away the sound box without even giving an intimation. More than 500 people will stay on the same day. A small pool for everyone. They don't know how to manage so many people

It is not a home stay . It is like a jail , the pillows, cots , bed sheets are very old and foul smell . you should stand in a queue like jail for food.Very worst management. Better go for an hotel. Food is not good , rooms are not good.Please don’t visit anyone. There are lot of other options are available. Owner should remove the existing management . We never gonna visit here.

Worst stay ever. The management was very rude. We were 8 people and booked two rooms. When we reached the stay they asked us to pay for both the nights upfront and wouldn't show us the rooms until we paid. After we paid they said there's only one room available and asked us to fit in that. When we asked them to give us back the money for 1 night, they asked us to completely get out or stay for both the night. We were left on the roads with no stay and it was getting dark outside. The management very very very rude and didn't care at all. They have also stolen our advance payment money and blocked us everywhere.

I am sharing my worst experience ever I had with this stay recently. So me and my friends had booked through Travel Chikamagaluru ( this agency is a scam as well for not returning our advance payment) for stay and they gave this stay. The caretaker here has the worst attitude ever I have across. We had repeatedly mentioned them we need 2 rooms for 8 people but this person while took the whole money before even us checking in the stay , which is not the case usually at other places . So after taking the whole payment he said that he has only 1 room available when we had said that we need 2 rooms.He didn’t provide us any accommodation and was like hurry up I have other works as well.We had to face so much inconvenience for the caretaker and the agency. Never recommending ever to anyone.

The caretaker here as such a bad attitude. Went there with my friends through an agent (who duped us of our advance money), . Caretaker asked us for all the money rightaway at the checkin without even showing us the room. After we gave him the money, he gave us 8 people 1 single dorm room for 24k per night. When we said we had asked for 2 rooms. He said you are going to get this only and don't waste my time i have other things to do. Take it or leave it. His attitude is the worst thing. Dude thinks we are begging him for service. Never gonna ho there again.
