I had a very disappointing experience staying at this PG. Cleanliness is not maintained at all — the rooms, washrooms, and common areas are often dirty and unhygienic. Basic facilities like proper waste disposal and regular cleaning are neglected. The management does not take complaints seriously and there is very poor maintenance overall. For the rent they charge, the services provided are far below expectations. I would not recommend this PG to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

I would have rated in negative. Worst PG and worst service. Main thing is they just wants to loot you. They just wants to Scam, after taking money from me they didn’t give me room neither they gave my money back. After asking they said “We wont give your money back do whatever you can”. Owner is the worst, he never pick his phone if he does he talks very rudely and will cut the phone on your face and if you ask about deposit he says “I’m not gonna give it back”. I already faced lot of problems because of these FRAUDS. Go any other PG except this.

I would have rated 0 stars if there an option for it as the PG owner not available most of the time and if you face any issue he doesn't respond and takes forever to get it resolved. There is always Internet related problems occurring almost twice in every week. And the main thing they take security deposit while joining, saying that at the time of vacating they will deduct 1k for maintenance and remaining amount will be refunded. But the reality is that they never refund even a single penny firstly while vacating they will say that take it after 15 days and once you left the place and try to contact him he will not pick up the call neither does he responds to your messages. I would suggest everyone to never join this PG atleast if you do value your money if you don't join at your own risk.

Cheap rents but small rooms when compared to others.. Food is good, but wifi is very bad... Download speed is good but browsing speed is where adds will buffer and can't send Whatsapp messages properly... And the washing machine, there are 3 of them for a total of 5 floors and atleast 1 or 2 will be broken almost all the time.. Facilities is bad and they have no intention of replacing it..

Pros: 5 days chapati. Rooms are Little bigger then other pgs. Cons: Only 1 key provided for the whole room... And you have to put the key on Key-Board. Key can be stolen from the board. The camera doesn't work... And if something happens they won't show you recording.

Okiesh type. Not so good. But before taking any PG, you should discuss each nd everything about advance money. Otherwise some time I heard PG owner does not return the advance also.
