Hello Ramana Reddy bro . I joined here in June. And i paid 8500 for two sharing and 4000 deposit u mentioned 2000 will be deducted as maintenance and 2000 will be returned back at the time of vacating. I was here for only a Month and 15days my health was not good, because of water and food infection. Due to this reason I decided to vacate the pg. I have informed you a week before also. 1. 😂😂🤣 I am not afraid of anyone to fake my Id and give review. Even a 7th STD kid knows about how review works and anyone can see past reviews 😂.This is the account I use for maps 2. when u called I told that I will return the locker key. I didn't have any intention to write a negative review That's the reason why i just gave 1 star. 3. This is my experience with this PG and I have the right to write my review. Please don't do these things with someone's hard earned money. God bless you too

To be very honest, The rooms are genuinely spacious.. something you rarely find in other PGs. The internet speed here is strong and consistent, which is great for work-from-home. You also get 24/7 hot water availability, making daily routine comfortable. An additional benefit is the good parking space.. Cleanliness is well-maintained too. Rooms and common areas are cleaned regularly, ensuring a fresh and hygienic living environment. The owner is very supportive and always ready to help. Any issue you report is addressed immediately, which really makes the stay stress free. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and convenient place to stay... spacious rooms, great facilities, quick support from the owner, and a clean and safe atmosphere.

I stayed here for more than a year, the PG is very well maintained, it has all the required facilities. You get 24/7 wifi, hot water and refrigerators on alternate floors. The rooms are spacious and well ventilated. It’s totally worth it!! Also the owner is very active, he gets any issues resolved asap.
